Am I the only one who thinks Burton is criminally over rated as a 6?
There's a reason he didn't play there at the Panthers. If he couldn't kick the ball so high he wouldn't get half the hype he does.

So you're saying Booze is the same amount better than me than I am better than you?

Fair enough, but wont the people in front of you all be bring in those players too
Even cash (I have 188k itb) can be overrated when you can trade a gutho type player sideways into grant.
Anyways would imagine most teams will have a core of similar players with probably depth being the difference depending on your team value
I can't say I have been paying attention much but I have noticed in here mentioned its hard to make ground up in the top 1000?
If anything a late charge will be from those with a heap of trades or luck?
Anyways good luck with your season, 1000pts seems huge when you put it like that but anything can happen from here
Im gonna do my best nrl player impersonation. I’ll start by having 20 beers and calling you all cunts and finish off by groping some lucky bloke.Contrastinghobby wrote:
I am just luckier than you I guess. Maybe you need to rub a rabbits foot at the sydney meetup?
Cheaper than a taylor swift concert too

I think those struggling to make ground on the top 1,000 have missed getting on some of the key players early enough, like JDB, Horse, Turpin, Drinkwater, Hopgood. If you caught them all early you have made ground every week.
I am also not dealing with any of the key issues at the moment, that most have a couple of in their teams - some combination of Lemon, Bird, Walsh, Butcher, Oloapu - I only have 2 Eels this week, and don't have the cheap guys that will soon need trading out like Sandon and Simpkin that will be hard to find good replacements for at their price point, while trying to also trade up to Cleary, Fifita, Haas etc. Lots of trades being burned the next few weeks for most teams, which will be a great leveller.

Nah, don't think Booze is finishing in 101st, with me in 100th.
