Just realised Cook and Horse are my only rd20 players.  I could get JDB or Tapine in and fill edge via dpp. Should be able to manage rd 20 easily in that case.  Sounds better actually.

Yeah I didn't mention Tapine because Cook and Horse out seemed like you were avoiding Rd 20 forwards with the bye and some origin players to back-up. Fuck JDB though Laughing I kinda like Nikora from the EDG guys. Maybe because I have Preston and IPap and feel I'll be deathriding Nikora 'til the bitter end. Hudson Young could be a decent pick-up again too.

Is anyone considering running Hynes, Cleary, SJ and DCE?

It's kinda shaping up that way, I already have Hynes & SJ
Will be picking up Cleary for sure, and DCE is very cheap

Warriors just put up a social media post celebrating milestones for AFB, Walker and Egan.
SJ would be playing his 200th game for the club this weekend but not mentioned.

Read into that what you will...

I haven't done a lot of watching either, but looking at the raw numbers it feels like Simo is a bit more try dependent. I've got my mind firmly on grabbing penis for that reason.

Raw stats recently have them pretty even. Simo much higher RM's. Similar TB's. Penis half a dozen more tackles.

I'd argue Simo has better raw numbers as well a better nose for the line

Yeah, his own post next week.

Seriously though, agree it's still likely not decided whether he plays or not.

I'll make another trade if he doesn't, likely Boyd. Tricky part is working out who to kick out rather than get in for me. Might be Cook to Boyd, after doing Boyd for Cook in R13. At least got a few extra points and some cash on the two trades, but really hasn't been with it in hindsight.

That's where not watching Eels closely doesn't help my own cause. Some of the extra run metres likely come from the extra tries. But whether that's just a purple patch or something that is likely to continue, I don't know.

50k-ish cheaper and DPP not to be sneezed at.

I don't see DCE as a must have.

SJ probably outscores based on goal kicking.

Hynes and Cleary must haves for run home.

Just got back from Japan. Managed to miss both lockouts, highlights including captaining Hynes on his bye and getting tohus 40 as my vice, bringing in AJ a few weeks ago as a bye friendly FB, and almost not getting Pongas 90 last week in the loop.

ANYWAY, playing 11 this week with 1 trade left. Is it worth swapping olaoapappu for VTW and only having 80k or grabbing Kris instead for a cool 140k bank. Have missed a lot of the news and chat these last few weeks. Thought about just throwing AJ out but there aren't really any better WFBs this week. Thanks lads. Missed you all.

It'd be different if my trade in was just a rental, but JDB still firmly in elite gun territory right? I could sell Cook and Horse and JDB becomes my only rd20 bye, should be able to manage a couple of origin outs in that case. And then maybe something like Matterson to Horse/Yeo at some stage.

The other trade-in will likely be Boyd if SJ is out. But failing that, I'd like like a cheap cen/wfb to create some cash for a likely Cogger to Cleary trade. But like everyone else I'm looking for that unicorn, bye-playing cheap guy that will hold their position.

Job security still iffy on VTW and having him and Null (if you have him) for the rd21 bye could be an issue. Kris is okay I suppose, but not a great scorer and misses rd20 which will be a tough round for most. Welcome back.

Yeah JDB would probably be one of the best captaincy picks behind Hynes this week. Seems to rack up 35-50 every 1st half and just a matter of how much time teams spend attacking the edges and scoring tries in the 2nd whether he scores 50-60 or 70+. Just hate the prick Laughing

I kinda hope SJ is out just so I can justify a trade and feel like I'm doing something.

I've switched Te Whare, Manu and Teddy around a few times. Promoted Drink from EMG to INT 4. Might switch Ramien and Te Whare around later. Not sure if I like the straight down blue with Hynes above or diagonal.
