If it's only the players and not coaches or team staff, then probably won't matter. Hopefully.

It's all getting interesting isn't it!

Haas out is an interesting option, but I honestly think I'll just hold onto the big fella. The one tiny upside of not owning JDB is I wont be stretched as thin through the MIDs in R20. Hoping he comes back from his ankle injury 100%

Anyone planning on taking the punt on Cleary for R20 if named? Personally think I'll wait a week to see how he pulls up.

With it being a hammy, think you also want to see that he's still kicking. No doubt he will eventually, but whether he does straight away idk.

Drove past the Broncs in his morning and saw Isa deep in conference with Kevvy…..he knows the score.

(And in irrelevant news I also saw Tyson Smoothy kicking goals)

    Huh.

Trading Cook to Isaako nets you.... 33k.

    This is a strange season.

It's going to be hard to get an objective source on what the NRL/RLPA dispute is all about.

Maybe PvL just struggling to make a deal now that he's bargaining with people not horses.

Upon further review, my current trades leaves me 5 forwards that week. Now I might trade 1 in, but I’d prefer it’s an option not forced. So with that in mind Pat Carrigan has a stay of execution, he remains the lone original Super Duper Steeler, his slowed brain a huge factor is his longevity.

    Trades for 13 are now:
    Koloa to JdB
    Cook to Penis
    Gutho to MulitaLOL

If SJ out, will use a 4th for Boyd (one of Teddy/Horse/Drink out)

    Hynes C, Bula VC

    Classic #panic

Gutho to Kris now. Downgrade for more cash next week. Hopefully Kris is not required after R19. He seems like #antifun but at least has a safe role.

Pre-season many people were touting Cameron Murray as a viable captaincy alternative to Hynes/Cleary

You can bring him in as a downgrade from a cash cow after origin

Having looked into R20 MID issue, I think a potentially attractive solution will be Ryan Sutton

$365k with a high BE this week, and named in only his 2nd start since R6 .
If he gets through this week, and starts next week too, I think he might be a good option to play R20 and then slip into reserves.

Otherwise, if its just a 1 week issue, depending on how storm players backup, Bronson Garlick is cheap and may get a good one off score. Likely to be pretty poor after R20 though - but he is cheap.

Tempting, but funding that purchase could unbalance other areas of my team.

Yes, you'd want to be able to captain someone at that price

Talakai and Mulitalo legitimate options this week. Wouldn't trade Hynes to them though.. but maybe Haas and Cook Beer

Cotter vs Carrigan at the same price was a fairly common quandary (200k difference now). Kotoni Staggs, cut price keeper centre. Adam Doueihi to get to Cleary/Hynes level. Am sure there were others.

(replied to wrong post, was meant to be the Murray one)

This week is tough, want to get 13 on the park but the only guy I like is VTW. To get the guns I want next week I’ll need to make 2 downgrades though and can’t see another useful one. Would prefer to make one next week as the options might be better.

But I really should get 13 on the park so could get another keeper but that might mess with gun funds.

Keeping Staggs for his round 13 coverage instead of jumping ship for Lemu is the second biggest mistake I've identified this season behind not jumping on Horse early with the pack. Just continuously hoping he'd turn it around and continuously being disappointed.

Mate, use the trades and get 13 on the park!

I'm on the big lad too and need another shitto on the field. Kris, Russell, Montoya, Avo all options. Today, I'm liking Russell more and more. I know you have a lot of trades but not sure where you are ranked but these two weeks are the last two to make a push.

Yeah Russell has been in and out of team. If SJ is out I’d be even more inclined to go with him, Eels could put a number on them with Walker at half.

    Maybe who knows

Solid point in the Eels possibly taking advantage of the Warriors without SJ.

Also if there’s any shenanigans with VTW in the last game then it will make things tough.
