I didn't buy Garrick or Drinky in round 13 because I was getting ready to buy Edwards in round 14, so it's even worse.

Proper sliding doors moment that. In R14, Drinkwater was 599k. He's since made ~230k, averaged 68.5, and outscored DEdwards by over 100 points despite playing one less game. It's a shit game sometimes.

In isolation its an upgrade, but if you make that trade then later find that with 3 weeks to go one of your starters gets a 3 week injury - will you have any trades left to handle it?
At this point in the season, trading out uninjured players who average 50+ is not something that should be done lightly.

Also, Tohu - Bateman costs money. Tohu - Murray makes money
Is Bateman's lack of a remaining bye or EDG availability worth spending the cash on? Do you actually need that money for future upgrades or does it not matter at this point.

I'm a fellow chap that wasted money on Edwards, coul dhave just played and held Bula and spent that cash better elsewhere

On the plus side I at least got Drinkwater too.

Let’s say hypothetically you’re in my position. 6 trades left and you have both Matterson and Tohu in your 17.

One of them needs to make way for Cleary. Which of the two would to trade out?
And after making that trade, would you sell the other for Bateman knowing you have 4 trades for the remainder?

I'm still set on my trades unless I need to put out a fire elsewhere. Harris and Butcher to Murray and Cleary with $15k to spare. Not trading Hopgood again. Too dangerous with that offload game and can find the line.

Leaves 5 trades and this lot:

    Grant
    Haas, Horse, Murray
    IPap, Fifita
    Cleary, Hynes
    Manu, Ramien
    Teddy, Ponga, Drink

    Hopgood, SJ, DCE, Preston

    Bula, Hands, Sandon, VTW.

Might loop Bula and Ponga. Possibly Teddy instead as Titans have been surprisingly good at keeping FBs quiet this season. Hopefully Ramien's all good, playing last kinda annoying.

Kinda keen on Tohu to Murray.

Plays the same amount of games as Yeo/Haas. Just hoping to match them in the run home

    Selling Robson and VTW to:

TU: Latrell + Kiraz (Valemei if Kiraz doesn't get CTR dual)
    TD: Timoko + Murray

I kinda like Murray and Kiraz. Murray feels a must have based on price, like DCE for me last week.

Kiraz definitely looked injury free finally. I figured either get him for the bye or let him go through to the keeper, but still dirt cheap at 445k if he's back to his best.

Yeah trying to avoid having too many Eels/Panthers players if possible. Bye and restings would be chaos

Yeah I think I'm going that way at this point, Muz at that price is hard to pass up, as much as I really want Trellmit.

Only real downside to doing this is no real way of getting Cleary, but I would have a hard time getting him this week anyway (would have to bring in a nuffy like Skelton anyway and have a really weak 17th/18th man)

Trellmit might be the worst nickname in the history of nicknames. If it were a player it would be a 220k bench prop
