Hasn't Yeo been rested twice, or was the other one an injury?  Feels like he plays through if so, and nabs you the extra game like you say.

I haven't owned Haas all year and was excited to bring him in, but Yeo for 40k less and more than likely an extra game has me thinking.

Can you get both mate or will it be one or the other?

DCE has the extra game on Murray plus he's been a bit below par so far this year...I'm hoping he kicks on soon - however if the extra 60k from getting Murray helps to get someone else then that could come into the thinking too

Hi Champ, congrats on the recent Lord of the Byes win and pending charge towards a championship.

Think you need to start unloading some Eels, so I lean option A or B.
Manu at centre for the rest of the season isn’t ideal, so makes sense to offload him. I like both Murray or Garrick for the run home, possibly Garrick > Murray due to the extra game availability and dpp.
Don’t see the need to get rid of Drinky unless you’re worried about the Cowboys bye.

Can’t really fault any of the 4, so go with whichever feels the most fun Smile

Thanks mate, Drinkwater has been a pleasure to watch and can't fault the logic there
I don't even hate Manu at centre as his DPP is handy, but his price would facilitate the Cleary move

Might even just hold trades and see what happens with Cleary, I have a solid team this week so can see how it looks next
All the best with the rest of your season, hopefully you can make a late push

I think on reflection, in Booze case getting rid of Drinky could backfire if he maintains current scoring, others around will keep so safer in numbers

Getting rid of Gutho and Matto might be the way to go

Cheers mate, sometimes its nice to put a bunch of options down to see how it all looks
Then late mail comes in and it all goes to shit, but hey thats what after dinner on TLT is anyways

I just noticed that if I go Kiraz over Timoko (probably was going to anyway), I actually have enough money to trade Manu directly to Cleary.

Can't do it this week as I need Manu at CTR, but I can do it next week and have 74k bank left over, plus or minus the difference in price moves between Manu and Cleary.

This leftover money might allow me to get a better 17th man (Cotter is the main guy I'm eyeing up but depends on his mins this week) in for one of Hands, VTW, Sandon Smith or Piakura.

You do have the luxury of being patient. The chasers are unlikely to bridge the gap in a single week, so you have the ability to wait and see. Can definitely see Cleary going big this week tho, so if the plan is to get him for the run home, this week makes sense.

Haha my season took the inevitable dive that I knew it would. Too much ‘bye planning’ meant I chewed through changes and wasn’t able to account for TLT chaos. End goal will be Top 20 and maybe Top 10 with a bit of luck and maybe some PODs.

I can get both in 2 trades (total bank is close to yours), but would need to forego Cleary this week.  In saying that, being ranked high 4000's and nothing to lose, I have seriously been considering not running with Cleary at all.

I’m contemplating a Sandon Smith to Cotter as 18th man, doesn’t help me this week though so I’ll hold onto my 3 trades post Cleary in

Garrick CTR dual would be elite if I had another WFB (like Bula lol) so I don’t have to play Russell with Lemeulu bye

The problem though is everyone else gets cleary this week, he banners, and that immediately closes the gap by 40-50 or so points (say your equivalent scores a 50-60) for everyone below you.

Perhaps bold to suggest cleary will banner this week but it wouldnt be surprising either.

Best thing to do if trying to hold off teams below is just make the same moves

Maybe im not the best person to ask though as i sat in 1st for quite a while until sliding to 5th in last couple of weeks lol

Tempted to go Russel if Bird stays on the bench. Seems like he's on the outer perhaps.

    Probably, maybe, who knows?
The dogs aren't exactly winning or any good but Wilson seems a good player too and has done nothing wrong
I just treated him as a cash out last week and a potential red dot
I don't think you can expect more than that, but this week you do have more options.
Jesse Colquhoun should go ok and hopefully will be given a chance.

What sort of role do you expect for Colquhoun, hasn’t played many games in reserve grade and when he has he’s only played 20 or so minutes.
