I'm one of the rare non Horse owners.

I can do Tohu and Simpkin to Horse and a nuffie right now. But if the prices shift 40k that option is gone.

But if I do it, I'm down to 2 trades. Team would look like

    Grant
    Yeo/JDB/Horse
    Fifita/Bateman
    Cleary/Hynes
    Manu/Ramien
    Ponga/Teddy/Dedwards

    SJ/Moses/Hopgood/Papalii

    Bula 18th man.

Worth the punt or just be patient? Simpkin is really the last bit of cash I can extract if I want to keep that 18th man option.

Having a play with some different moves for fun

    A) NButcher +    Gutho    to Murray + Cleary
    B) Manu +         Gutho    to Garrick + Cleary
    C) Drinkwater + Gutho to Garrick + Cleary + 121k
    D) Drinkwater + NButcher To Cleary + Haas

In Option D who plays WFB in place of Drinky mate?

    How's the limb?

Going the reverse Rev mate and jumping off a purple patch. Maybe

Even if he averages 55 from now on in, Yeo is a decent upgrade you would think.

Not too bad thanks mate, been ditching my physio but been called back this week, just cant get the time off work! Lacking the same swinging arm power as previously but sure that can be worked on Very Happy

Have you got his official BE? MTB has him at 33. 'Shouldn't' lose coin but another blinder and he netts you another solid rise. I know you have always been partial to a bit of Yeo though.

Good to hear, yeah, I'm an A grade Physio dodger as well!

Hmm if Murray was playing last week and I didn't need a MID.. Probably would've gone with DCE first. Locked in for 80 mins while Murray's could be game dependant.

Well the others are like for like replacements

    D) would mean Gutho/Bula/Manu would rotate in the WFB spot

So that team would look something like this hypothetically, But 4 eels for rd27 isn't fun either

    Grant
    Haas Horse JDB
    Fifita Bateman
    Cleary Hynes
    Penisini Manu
    Gutherson Ponga Teddy

    Johnson Hopgood Matterson NButcher
    TBoyd Lemuelu Bula Skelton

    E) I could easily trade a Drinkwater/NButcher/Hopgood/Manu to Cleary in 1 trade too but a little fantasy within the fantasy is nice too

Not so worried about the coin mate, just a gut feeling he won't maintain close to current scoring in next 7 games.

Plus Yeo could play an extra game, but doubtful as likely to get rested so i wont be banking on that

Hi Champ, congrats on the recent Lord of the Byes win and pending charge towards a championship.

Think you need to start unloading some Eels, so I lean option A or B.
Manu at centre for the rest of the season isn’t ideal, so makes sense to offload him. I like both Murray or Garrick for the run home, possibly Garrick > Murray due to the extra game availability and dpp.
Don’t see the need to get rid of Drinky unless you’re worried about the Cowboys bye.

Can’t really fault any of the 4, so go with whichever feels the most fun Smile

I think on reflection, in Booze case getting rid of Drinky could backfire if he maintains current scoring, others around will keep so safer in numbers

Getting rid of Gutho and Matto might be the way to go

Hasn't Yeo been rested twice, or was the other one an injury? Feels like he plays through if so, and nabs you the extra game like you say.

I haven't owned Haas all year and was excited to bring him in, but Yeo for 40k less and more than likely an extra game has me thinking.

I forgot the comm games existed until today….by next week I’ll have forgotten again.

Can’t we just organise a big swimming carnival? That’s all we care about isn’t it?

Probably looking at pretty boring trades.

    NAS to Colquhoun
    One of Preston/Tohu/Boyd to Cleary

Boyd offers good cover, especially for HOK since I only have Grant and Graham.
Tohu and Preston both have a bye so it’s probably a coin flip
