    Is it because he's WFB?

Playing the stocks mate. Selling at high.ish point

Current consecutive 7 game average of 67.5. Can he sustain that over next 6 games?

Could backfire massively, especially considering I would be running Bula in his place

I can go Harris/Matto/VTW/Drinky to the 4 above mate.

Risk jumping off Drinky in this insane form run (7 game avg of 68) but Yeo seems safer

I love him as a player and hope he does well.

    But!

He's scored 6 tries in 6 games, started the first 4 games of the season at an average of like 25, and is 800 bloody k!!!

Too valuable not to flick. Just look at Dedwards: 724 R15, 583 R21.

Who takes Drinkys spot at wfb?

Bula mate. The trades provide extra depth outside my 17 NAS/Ming.

But WFB does look considerable weeker. I could wait a week on Yeo and go Drinky -  Edwards who was going better early season with Cleary, bank 200k and turn NAS into Yeo next week.

Kiraz getting dual would of made me bring him in, as he offers the extra cover I need/would like and a good looper in the CTR/WFB

No one keen on Colquhoun until we find out the length of Teigs injury?

Beth I may be slightly on the side of cautious, but with 7 rounds to play and only 4 trades, I wouldn't be trading out two healthy and decent scorers like Robson and Manu to bring Cleary in his first game back from a hamstring injury.

Might be the week to just sit on your trades and cop that you might miss a big score? Imagine burning two trades only for him to injure his leg again and then having 1mil on the pine, or needing to use 50% of your remaining trades to get him back out.

    Too risky for my blood.

I’m not against flicking him at his current price but I’d at least wait for his bye

Yeah I think that's my plan for now. Robson to either Timoko or Kiraz (I like Timoko better but is he worth the extra money that I may need to get Cleary with) this week and then hold VTW to next week and reassess.

Helps that the Sharks have dropped their defensive liabilities in Moylan and Talakai, so hopefully the Sharks should be better against Manly and thus captaining Hynes shouldn't lose me too much compared to Cleary.

Garrick getting CTR is chefs kiss

Think I'm just going Mking (who I only bought in last week - not just taking Palasia as a cash down was a big error. Thought I'd want him as a 18/19 man but don't think I can let Bula this week Vs the Dragons and he's the only other with enough value to get to Cleary) + Simonsson -> Colquhoun + Cleary.

    Grant
    Tapine JdB Hopgood
    Bateman IPap
    Hynes Cleary
    Manu Garrick
    Teddy Drinky Ponga
    NButcher DCE SJ VtW(looping)
    Bula Boyd Ramien Colqu

5 trades but basically 0k in the bank and a fairly set team. If IPap shits the bed again this week might trade down Ramien for Fifita but otherwise just hide behind the couch and hope the titans get dominated. No Haas is sketchy but bye and potential r27 resting ala the Panthers might make it less bad.

Nothing to back this up but i feel like Cleary could have easily played last week, but it just made sense to hold him back another week to play his 150th at home and with the panthers back to full strength

They might score 80 this week

6 tries is just the start of his attacking stats, has 16 TAs in last 2 months

I actually don't mind the Drinky sacrifice... Would have to keep one of Tofu or NAS and play Bula so likely won't do it but his next games are: Eels, Titans, Broncos, Dolphins , Panthers.

If Bateman was to in fact start in the middle on game day, would it actually be a good thing? Correct me if I’m wrong, but wasn’t the last game he started in the middle against the cowboys? In which case he only played 53 minutes.

Whereas when he starts on an edge but moves to middle/roams mid game he plays the full 80

That game he only trained once as was in England over bye and got back late + rested because it was a flogging of epic proportions

The problem against the Cowboys was that they got great 74-0. Position wasn't really a factor

Going the reverse Rev mate and jumping off a purple patch. Maybe

Even if he averages 55 from now on in, Yeo is a decent upgrade you would think.

Not too bad thanks mate, been ditching my physio but been called back this week, just cant get the time off work! Lacking the same swinging arm power as previously but sure that can be worked on Very Happy

Burning through 4 trades to get to my final team and then walking a tightrope with only 2 trades left for injuries and subpar coverage. Yolo.

Tino, Hosking, Ford, Drinkwater > Kiraz, Murray, Haas, Cleary

    Grant
    Haas JDB Horse
    Fifita Bateman
    Hynes Cleary
    Lemuelu Manu
    Ponga Teddy Kiraz
    SJ Moses Hopgood Murray
    Bula Graham Skelton Burbo

Originally I was going to wait a week on Drinkwater>Cleary, but I figure that pretty soon everyone is going to have a gun 17 (plenty already do) and nobody will make any real rank gains when that happens. The sooner you get to your final 17 the better chance to make any kind of improvement over the teams still playing fill-ins like Ford.

Realtalk, massive shoutout to Ford for $267k in price rises and a 43 average filling in some tricky spots all season. Such a handy fantasy player for me this season, its painful to move him on.

Just catching up and some of the trade suggestions aren't too crazy and considered similar
Having a play with some different moves for fun

    A) NButcher + Gutho to Murray + Cleary
    B) Manu + Gutho to Garrick + Cleary
    C) Drinkwater + Gutho to Garrick + Cleary + 121k
    D) Drinkwater + NButcher To Cleary + Haas
