    Haha yeah Twisted Evil

    My bye players are currently SJ, None, Drinkwater, Haas, Murray, Hopgood & Hands.

    Probably best to sit tight on buying another MID until I might actually need one and go gun for gun.

    Can’t have them all. Might get Murray if it works out but the others I don’t think I can make work

    This is probably gonna be my team after 2 trades this week.

    Bula > Cheese
    Tohu > Murray

    Grant
    Horse, JDB, Murray
    Fifita, Bateman
    Cleary, Hynes
    Manu, Lemmy
    Ponga, Teddy, Isaako

    Hopgood, DCE, Nikora, Cheese
    SJ, Simo, Graham, Colquhoun

    Leaves 4 trades

    So Cleary lost the money I needed but Boyd scores 14 and lost the cash as well..

    So I need to downgrade on of..

    Paikura, Manu, Hammer to get in Cleary.

    Could also downgrade Hopgood to Murray. Or flick Tohu Harris for at least $60k

    Or balls to the wall

    Hopgood -> Yeo
    AFB/de Belin -> Murray
    Boyd -> Cleary

    Leave me with

    Grant
    Yeo, Horsburgh, de Belin/AFB
    Fifita, Bateman
    Hynes, Cleary
    Manu, Hammer
    Tedesco, Ponga, Drinkwater

    Papali'i, Murray, Colquhoun, Averillo (Loop)

    Piakura, Harris, Johnson, Cartwright

    Would leave me with 5 trades and 11k in the bank

    Can also chuck in Manu -> Garrick for good measure if I wamt

    Colq is suspended this week. That Cartwright must be Jed? Jartwright. Cartwrong.

    Cashing out Piakura to go Boyd to Cleary is probably my ideal scenario. Don't hate a CTR downgrade on Manu or Hammer, but those are too dicey for me to say yay/nay on.

    I like the balls to the wall, because... well, it's getting towards the end of the season. If not now to make a move, then when?

    He was the form HK of the comp for about a week there. Well, 2nd to Grant still.

    Interested to see if his hooking leads to him being dropped. If I remember correctly he was hooked in one of the earlier rounds and he then hit some pretty solid scores the following month or so.

    Yeah the game where the wind was torrential and he put a few into touch on the full resulted in a hooking. I think a few jumped off after that with the bye upcoming.

    Oh didn't know, and yeah it's Jartwright the less fun one.

    Looks like balls to the wall is the Strat for fun

    Assuming Colq takes the plea, he'll miss this week, so one to keep an eye on.

    I overlooked AFB also on the bye, so more trades than I suggested probably in order. Anything to turn Boyd in Cleary and have 17 on the park is what I'd do also.

    Yeah that's fair, I can get 17 it won't be the most pretty with AFB Harris and Johnson

    Some truly avant garde methodology involved here and it's not surprising the crowds have come back to the game with the low sock resurgence!

    Full disclosure: it wasn't actually a choice that I played with mine down.  I skipped leg day-forever-and my calves lacked both the tautness and turgidity to sustain socks above my anorexic ankles.

    Isn’t that what electrical tape is for? Keeping the socks up and the laces tied.

    Well, probably also electricians use it. Just based on the name

    Yeah, always taped my laces. And had to shave both ankles and strap them with a couple of hundred metres of Elastoplast.

    Yeah I’m not totally convinced but not sure the other options around him are great.

    Dare I say Matt Lodge scored quite nicely. Has a average of 50 playing 50+ minutes and Paseka probably doesn’t return this year
