Nah, he was probably too busy making movies, or do you mean that Panthers guy? If so you could be onto something because I think he is usually a half, 5/8.

.@SSFCRABBITOHS' Paul Carter will seek a downgrade of his grade two dangerous contact charge. If unsuccessful he will miss two weeks #NRL
i think he would struggle to get it downgraded? but who knows...
In these circumstances is it the player who gets to decide to challenge or is it their club management /coach etc who decides to challenge? You'd assume if a club challenges they must think they have reasonable grounds to considering the risk if unsuccessful.

club decides.
i just think with the players that have gotten off of other charges recently the NRL will want to stand its ground on something at least.

Well Brenton Lawrence is out of contention if he's got a week's suspension so I guess Kane Evans stays for one week of which he is bound to lose a little value. Tough to manage things this week

Which NRL star was dropped last week after his wife gave his club’s football manager an almighty spray?
The player was named out of position, much to the annoyance of his better half. She told the boss as much – and the player was promptly dumped from the team altogether.
I thought Scott being a late withdrawal

Maybe its Nathan Green. He was named in 1st grade which is out of position so he was dropped. Makes sense

The other one is that Slater's shoulder isn't as bad as made out. Munster got named at fullback, Slater's Mrs flies off the handle and all of a sudden Slater is not seeing the usual doctor and flying to Sydney for treatment and there are rumours he could retire, he says he will play next year. Sit back with the popcorn fellas, being a Tiger's supporter I know a conspiracy when I see one.

Slater's wife could literally drop a hot turd in the middle of the Melbourne Storm CEO's office and billy slater would still not be dropped.
