Haha, this is me too. I knew he was in reserves but didn’t even consider an issue with it when I set up my loop. Now every shadow I see today is JMK reinvigorating his injury and Graham playing this week. Wish the Dolphins played tonight to ease this stress.

Got a bit of a different situation too, but with familiar names. Being only human in NRL Fantasy to have neither, my plan is to bring in SJ and Hopgood in this week, for Tohu, Preston and Ipap (only 2 ever played in 17). Two of these to SJ and Schiller (to loop Garrick) is already locked in. But is Preston or Ipap to Hopgood worthwhile, do punters think?

Situation is H2H semi with 6 trades, leaving 3 for next week should I hopefully need them for final. But Hopgood is a worthy upgrade from these chaps, isn’t it? Surely?

Robson, MoFo, Kris, Graham, Munro my 5 red dots so gotta trade one of them. Only 14k bank so not much wiggle room.

Kris to Russell? Or Lussick if you have decent R27 cover

Best case scenario seems to be returning R27, finals/2024 as likely.

Don’t think so but it’s fantasy law that after a few weeks of him not being available he turns up when not needed.

Should be fine but if he does pop up I’ll be trading cheese to a Leilua or some Cowboy and replace him in 17

Yeah don't mind that actually. Just means by not trading Kris to another centre I'll need to use a trade on Penis to a centre in R27. Not the end of the world I guess.

Who's spot is Russell taking again? He's got it for the season right?

Pretty sure he's got Su'a's edge (Su'a is injured for the season), and Burns has the left edge that BMM was on before

I'm gonna type a sentence that perhaps no fantasy player has ever said before (at least, certainly not since 2019) but my gut is telling me to get Lawrie.

Dragons pack is decimated (even more than usual) sans JDB, Bird, Su'a, F Molo. M Molo and BMM are unlikely to play big minutes as the other starting middles, let alone anyone on that bench, so it kinda has to be him.

Coming off 63 in 61 mins last week and averages 55.8 in 5 games without JDB this year. Bunnies, Storm, Warriors next three, they're probably gonna have to do a shit load of tackling. Really feels like he should be good for 60+ mins for 55+ points for the next few weeks.

Bit late to be making that decision, no?

FWIW I reckon SJ goes nuts against the Tigers. He's done pretty much everything but score a banner this year, this could be the one.

Fantasy wise I think Nicho has the cougar market cornered as they love a bit of Nicho
Considering SJ just had a baby with the mrs then I think the score will be 14-1 this weekend
Hynes also has a home game so has Northies nearby too

I’ll assume this is a question for next week and I cannot give an honest opinion because I’ve not looked at next week’s matches.

My other assumption is this is your means of beginning a Friday after shit posting session. Very well done, in this case.

You’re probs right. Likely going 50-60 for a short run. Still the least sexy pick ever.
