Some/most people wont be able to trade him out, let alone other popular players (Perhaps SJ if Warriors can't move from third)

Have 2 trades. Wonder if it's worth going Hopgood to Haas......

Hopgood is a guaranteed red dot next week though. Saving the trade for any carnage next week compared to using it on Hopgood would really only matter for me if there's a positional coverage issue.

My thinking is that I have cover in every position, it would take 2 x CTR, 2 x Edge or 2 x Hooker outs next week for me to not be able to field 17 (testing the fantasy gods here..)

The main question is whether a Tino/Carrigan/Tapine (don't want to risk Yeo getting a rest next week) actually outscores Hopgood even off the bench. But you would think that should be the case..

Man, it's a squeeze for middle minutes with the Eels. Unless Carty gets a rest or something?

The concern is that whoever you trade Hopgood to, you don't know that they will play next week. They could get injured, suspended, concussed, rested ,dropped etc. By holding the trade you can ensure that who you trade Hopgood to is someone that is definitely named.

Yeah Hopgood is on the bye next week

But let's say hypothetically Cleary & SJ are out next week, hypothetically of course

Using two trades on those two would be more beneficial than trading Hopgood out this week and then only one of them next week

    (Hopefully that makes sense)

Soni Luke won't even get 25 points tonight, he's not a great fantasy player and isn't relevant at all

Pfft you think that's bad? Penis won't even score 10. The likelihood of him scoring a try, let alone a double, is subterranean.

I've chickened out of D(C)E. (C)leary it is.

For posterity so I can quote this and publicly shame myself when DCE inevitably scores 122 now.

    Yeah that is true.

This may backfire spectacularly but meh I did it. Hopgood to Pat.

Just thinking that Hopgood has had a big year, Eels season is done, might get eased through this one. Gut feel is it's a chance to make a (small) move to try and finish as high as possible. There is a world where there are no new red dots next week and I would end up trading Hopgood anyway after getting maybe say a 40 pointer from him this week.

One of the Eels forwards is bound to get injured early and Hopgood plays 70 lol

Only 94.4% captaining Cleary this week. That's a whole percent less than last week. He's practically a POD.

Probably not relevant considering so few own them but Mclean playing Centre and Crichton playing fullback, despite being named opposite.
