Manu probably gonna ton up against the Tigers, but everyone owns him so doesn't really move the needle. I've been stuck in the mid 2000s rank-wise for what feels like forever, so nothing to lose really. Don't particularly care if I finish 3,500 rather than 2,500, but if the gamble pays off and I can at least finish with a 1 in front of my rank that would be nice. Marzhew a handy POD at 4.16% in the top 5,000.
Tempted to captain DCE against the Dogs for the same reason tbh.
May your bus trips be on time

Yeah Preston's late out and my rushed, sleep-deprived decision to grab Garrick instead of Haumole is a sliding doors moment for me. Would still have Manu and a few more points instead of burning a trade to bring him back now.
Feels better to blame the clowns that gave him CTR for whatever fucking reason since he wasn't on my radar until then.

Re: NRL Fantasy 2023 Part 79 - Refs own goal
In the realm of games and sport's delight,
There comes a day that tests our might,
When all are gathered, hearts held fast,
For Team List Tuesday has come at last.
A day of tension, nerves on edge,
As rosters are unveiled, page by page,
The lineup's fate in the coach's hand,
Determined by strategies grand.
The dreaded Team List Tuesday's here,
A day of both hope and anxious fear,
For some, it brings a joyful grin,
To see their player, their chance to win.
But others face a harsher truth,
Their player's name omitted, dreams aloof,
Yet in this moment, we find the chance,
To rise above, to still advance.
For every fantasy coach, good or not,
Must face these moments, the highs and fraught,
With teamwork, spirit, they'll strive anew,
To prove their worth, to the loyal crew.
Oh, Team List Tuesday, feared and known,
You bring a mix of joy and moan,
But through it all, we learn and grow,
As life's unpredictable currents flow.
So let us face this day with grace,
Embrace the challenge, find our place,
For on this day, dreaded by all
We'll find who will rise and who wil fall

17 green dots, which is better than some but one of them is Euan Aitken named at 16. Probably should have got Suaalii last week

He might get decent minutes through the middle or edge though. Interesting to see how he's used. Hopefully well as he's a lock in my side with Garrick and Teddy out!Milchcow wrote:

H2H Grandfinal.
Trading out Teddy and alreayd have Manu Gagai.
Marzhew is the top averaging guy I can afford.
Is going Watene-Zelezniak v Dragons being too cute?
A rested To'o is the other option im looking at has beeen scoring a try at least in the last 6 games but even then has only really been sitting in the 40-55 zone.

No trades left to sell Garrick, but I can at least field 17, so that's nice.
Seriously considering D(C)E as a POD play given his past record against the Bulldogs.

Bit weird Garrick named at #22, perhaps is a chance? Or they didn't have anyone else to name

Does DCE goal kick with Garrick out?
Could be something to keep an eye on against the Dogs and Tigers the last two rounds if anyone needs a POD captain.

What about Cleary's past record of averaging 74 this season with only 3 tries?Bethany_B wrote:No trades left to sell Garrick, but I can at least field 17, so that's nice.
