I have a wait and see approach with Mau for this week

I brought in JDB because he was moved to lock, and hopefully he'll stay there with Mooper coming on as an impact player. JDB had 0.95ppm at Lock last year. similar price to Mau and DPP and reasonable bye rounds.

Another player I'm watching is Aitken, now he's back at centre he might be getting consistent scores... DPP and descent bye rounds

When does Eloni Vunakece get entered into the system? I need to bring in more roosters flop forwards as part of my bold strategy to tank my team as quickly as possible (or something like that)

Even better, I'm reading excel help websites.

In fantasy-land I've just reversed Peats - Parcell.

With Peats reportedly playing this round or next, I think he might be the safer option. The cash for Parcell would be nice, but not sure its worth the risk of running a Garvey/Parcell combo. They could feasibly both require trade-out in a couple weeks, and I don't want to be scrambling for the cash.

Can't have'em all, especially in hooker

He's a top bloke and a decent tackler!

Yep. I can't have Mau this week with any confidence, especially after just noticing he had 5 TB's and 5 offloads in that first up 66 Shocked . Chances are he will never match that again in his entire career.

Saw his interview tonight, yeah, sounds like a top bloke. 28 and debuting, good on him.

Alright I've settled on my two trades for the week. Aloiai out for Frei to free up just enough cash to move Evans to J Turbo. Leaves me with 3k which isn't ideal but I think I can work with it.
I'll give Aubo one more week, don't really want to get Pat Mata'utia if I'm just going to use him as an NPR cow I'll trade out again anyway or Hymel Hunt when I've got an overpriced Roberts I can use at CTR. If Aubo scores at least 35+ then I can at least count on him for consistent but unremarkable scores at CTR so long as there's no mid-game backline shifts.

And I've just realised why I wanted to do Peats - Parcell in the first place.

Frees up enough cash to do a good second trade.

Would like to upgrade Gavet, but can't really without downgrading elsewhere.

Also think I want enough cash to do Green - CLaw next week.

I was lucky enough to take photos of the Fijian squad while I worked at Dreamworld. I spoke to him for ages and ages such a nice guy and gives so much back to Fiji. Everyone over there knows him a taxi driver happened to be from his village and he told me that he'll be playing the nines before the teams were released haha. He was more informed than us

Yeah, I remember you saying they came through. How's the new job going, or are you in training?

It's not too late to reverse to someone like say, Fensom.

I like the POD aspect of Ma'u, but I didn't realise he'd actually been around that long and started last season well before crashing. Cheers for the analysis Welshy.

Hopefully his big opening games this year weren't just because it was against Cowboys and Broncos. I think he'll definitely be damaging this week against the Tigers and cash in a bit more, but whether he's really turned a corner or not remains to be seen.

Nope not bringing Fensom in until I see at least two or so games of him with the full strength squad or he drops to 420k more interested in Thompson or Mannering to be honest. Hoffman does not like to tackle and Thompson has been playing in the middle a bit with Mannering.. God dammit I was honestly going to start with him but fucking Benry was named to start put me right off
