How much are the Broncos paying the ref?

More than Warriors are paying their goal kicking coach to train Pompey

It would be a 1-try game if he’d kicked all the conversions but has 0/3 (albeit all from sideline)

Its a pre lim. Youre not supposed to be onside.

I did notice SJ was offside by about 5m on one of the broncos tries Laughing

It's incompetence not corruption but it was pretty damn incompetent.

If you were going to be corrupt, you'd do it in a less obvious way (unless you were incompetent at being corrupt, which is a possibility).

I’ve always thought it’s going to take an absolute howler in a finals game to have the rule overturned. I can’t believe the video ref still can’t rule on forward passes

Will they finally change the rules on forward passes after that joke? Sutton been fucking us all game like I knew he would. Broncos slowing down the play the ball all game but they get penalty for nothing on 2nd tackle that led up to Farnsworth try. Warriors not allowed to win NRL ever

Hate winning like this, but it’s a shame that the calls are going to dominate the discussion, because we’ve been the better side regardless.

Yeah can spend 5 minutes trying to work out whose fingernail touched a contested bomb first but can’t pull up a pass that was thrown on a 45 degree angle

Hasn’t made a difference, fortunately. Broncos too good

I can't remember a season with so many ridiculous forward passes that I've thought what is the actual point of touch judges and Sutton called a forward pass from Egan first half that wasn't even flat it was backwards

Aside from the forward pass, most interesting/concerning call for me is Egan back on the field. Pretty clear Cat 1 IMO

Its a game of momentum. If a side is gifted all the momentum, they easily win.

Going to be a great game next week.
Wahs got 90% of the calls tonight and still got pumped by 30 with half the good Broncos team on the pine.
Panthers and Broncos seem equally matched.

Come off it mate, it’s a 30 point game, it takes more than a few dodgy decisions to account for that spread

Not the perfect performance but not sure it matters. Got through and did it comfortably enough.

I think that round 1 win against the panthers will be big for the mindset next week. LFG
