I don't think its rigged, its just a by-product of how they do their voting. Better to have a few flashy performances rather than play consistently well week in/week-out.

Ponga isn't the first player to win on the back of 6 weeks of hot form, and won't be the last.

Yeh all of this, acting like it’s rigged when it’s always been this way is silly, for Dally M purposes, it’s always been better to be the star player of an overperforming team than the best player of a good team, if anything, ‘fixing’ the voting system by putting 2 sets of votes in for each game has made the main problem of the award even worse, votes are even more diluted amongst the players in good sides while the players who get max points pretty much every time their team wins get an even bigger point share.

    Fittler quits a NSW coach!

Brad Fittler has dropped a bombshell on the state of NSW by resigning as head coach of the Blues. In a shock decision, Fittler has informed the NSWRL board and CEO David Trodden that he is walking away just six days after pitching to continue in the role

I came to Sydney to escape the heat, like I entered a furance.

Broncos fans easily out numbering panthers fans so far.

No drinks breaks for this game is crazy.

Poor old Reggie is struggling, he just went up the tunnel.

so when the men's game build up in the studio they started putting females on the panel because they have to be inclusive but looking at the nrlw final build up the panel is 100% female & no males or inclusivity.

I had tears in the eyes near the end there so proud we were outside the 8 halfway through the year then to do this wow! Some future first graders in there for sure. Get Hawko in there JD he’s a great kicking game and blood Munro. Shaq is too good now for that level too!

    Nice try mate lol.

No one cares I’ve always liked to see the talent coming through and get behind the second grade boys I feel that’s what being a true member and fan is about it’s not just all about the first graders.

Either half of Brisbane is in Sydney or the Sydney siders are on the broncos bandwagon.

We would be out numbering panthers fans by 2:1 at least.

It’s good to know the player’s name when you’re talking about them pregame

There’s more to the NRLW than Upton and Southwell that Joey Johns knows

I was at brisbane airport at 6am this morning to pick up (ex) partner.

The continuous stream of broncos jerseys walking into departures was crazy. Like the walk down caxton pre game

I really should have handed her the car keys and hopped on a plane to sydney.

Trying to drink my way out of a lagging hangover.. went to thr Piney yest for the Lions, it was pumping

Feeling really confident the Broncos are getting the W. No nerves at the moment at all.

    Hope its a great game.
