Selected him last year (due to no Origin and his try scoring rate).
    Burnt me on both.
I'll probably regret it, but I just can't go back there.
J.Brailey or JMK for me with an Eels Hooker as back-up.

Get back on the horse (not the actual 'Horse' who is both suspended and priced real high but Robson)! Think of what Carty did last year.....and some other bloke sometime

JMK/Brailey both feel like solid alternatives, even if Brailey's legs have proved to be less than solid over the years

i got the feels for Cheese - i reckon people who don't pick him up at the start are going to keep on waiting for the bad score that does not eventuate

If Hughes is starting getting decent minutes, he is in my 17.

what puts me off cheese is he relies on attacking stats & they have a tough early draw with broncos manly souths, panthers rds 1-4...all 4 are tough teams & the roosters start slow

unless you use hughes in a loop & the other player outscores him then he won't be in your 17 he'll be 18th man

More likely to get solid scoring from a starting prop. At 18 you would play a more volatile scoring back that could deliver a great score or a poor score.

Yeah, got burned a couple o' times last year but he's still on the buffet when I eventually put a draft together. Doesn't guarantee I'll go with him but the DPP is making him more attractive than the decidedly mid ranger price

That Dogs team is nowhere near full strength. I doubt Hughes is starting R1

Could you, uh, do me a solid and not talk about penis cheese in future?

    thanks dude.

Edit: if you absolutely must, then the correct word is smegma. Fortunately and shamefully I didn't have to google that

That's a very good point - we haven't talked about Mitch 'Dreamy Hearthrob' Aubusson in quite a while.

It's not heavily tested, but hopefully it works. Allowing registration should allow some fun stuff for the new season e.g. storing your team name and highlighting it on the par chart etc.

Thanks @ynot , enjoying mucking around with your optimiser, including the lock function. Is there a way to exclude a player for injury/suspension/early bye (eg Campbell), other than just manually adjusting their projections downwards?

Don't think there is too much cash cow value in there but you'll never know if you never go. More of a niche market. Shocked The link is quite harmless
