I'd expect Simpkin on the bench, but games starting at hooker last year, and taking out his broken jaw game, averaged 47 in 72 minutes. Averaged 1.6 from goals, full time kickers even at bottom 8 clubs can expect at least 6-7 points. Puts him at low 50's. Priced at 44. Interesting. It was one goal kick in a trial though...

Why is Penisini the CTR people are picking over others around the same price (ei. Staggs or Timoko)?

He's priced at 42 but averaged 46 with Moses there (27 without), so there is a little value there compared to the others.

I also have Moses in my team so I'm going for the double whammy

I'm still holding out hope for cheapies, but otherwise I want Holmes. Mostly just his byes and I like the idea of having a Cowboy in my side.

Much more consistent than Staggs. Broncos drop off this season, after losing many of their top 17 team from last year - Capewell, Herbie, Flegler, Palasia.

Raiders also rebuilding.

Penis dropped off when Moses was out.

Average without Moses 27, average with Moses 46 last season. Could easily have a few points of value. Also Eels a team on the up. Haven't lost any key players and arent going into the season with the injury concerns of last year.

If Simonsson is left CTR I’ll probably just take the 100k cheaper version of Penisini

Has shown a really good work rate at CTR

Webster isn't the type of coach to play bullshit games and train an experienced player at centre all pre-season, play him at centre in trial games and make a late switch to the wing for the comp.

It's only a matter of time til Ali is starting at centre.
He's such a dangerous runner of the ball but he still has some maturing to do. Hopefully see him get at least a few games this year.
