I'm surprised Harris is 32 recently. I would have guessed 33 turning 34 later in the year. Still, he was 28 and in his prime in 2020 when some of those stats that were being talked about were posted. And as others have said, stuck together with tape. SJ isn't a middle forward and Carty was only 28 last year when he got his act together, hardly a has been.

Put them on the bench, it was off the top of my head. Not sure Aitken or Turbo count though... they're a touch undervalued if they get the position or stay fit respectively, but have hardly fallen off a cliff price-wise.

He got named edge in the trial teamlist with Kenny and Null on the bench (Felise is the other edge).

Certainly one to watch for the actual teamlists if he actually does win the spot.

Surely Kenny is pure middle now. Eh, unless he starts edge and moves to middle. Lemu and Aitken can't move to middle. If that's how it pans out, seems like Kenny could start edge, move to middle after 20, and Aitken/Null play out the game on edge. But 60 minutes wouldn't interest me. Just a take. Other thoughts?

Turbo is priced almost $400k under his peak. Definitely upside potential if playing anywhere close to his uber-gun best that we saw in his Dally M season when he averaged 80 - priced at 47.

Was just showing that kind of form before getting injured last season (last 2 scores were 105 and 79). By all accounts was in that kind of form when playing in the trial earlier this season that wasn't televised, when Manly were basically at full strength.

Haha, if Turbo puts up a tonne first game, at least it's a lot easier at that point to break my team apart and get him in.

Take out vlandys ball which is irrelevant and Turbo is over priced.

Won't be any where near my team at that price.

Given the Eels side I would also bet my left nut he averages less points/minutes then last year

Teddy averaged 60 that season and Ponga 54, neither got close to Turbo's season performance.

I have this crazy idea….

I have won draft cash leagues by picking wingers from free agents with easy match ups.

It has merits in certain positions in certain circumstances but certainly not guaranteed.

I had Turbo 21. It was awesome. I also had him in 22 and 23, and also draft last year. Not so awesome. Might do what Rhino said and watch for a couple of weeks.
