Long time no play, but I’m back after a long hiatus and one year of lurking while I played supercoach and all my filthy casual friends ended up forgetting about their teams by Origin time.

I used to be with it with the old fantasy format but now the format has changed, what I’m with isn’t it, and what’s it seems weird and scary to me.

    It’ll happen to you too.

Kini Im mostly sold on, he definitely gets atleast 3 games. But Burbo and Palasia could be on the bench come round 2.

Don’t see much value in Palasia with R2 bye and 2 big min forwards in Tino and MoFo

If Mccinnes starts with Finucane on the bench, how many minutes can we expect from Mccinnes?

Campbell's aiming for a Rd 3/4 return now. Could get stretched to Rd 4 or 5, maybe returns on the bench, but really only guaranteed 1 start at the moment.

Every year I remind myself that Roosters forwards are a nightmare simply because Trent changes things week by week with NO REGARD to fantasy, and you also have to be around the hour before every Roosters game because the Tuesday 17 is very rarely the weekend team. Mitch Aubusson was the Black Widow because of Trent, and picking any Roosters bar Teddy can be more stress than it's worth, with that counting double for forwards.

If Wong and Sitili are the starting edges I will, of course, have three Roosters forwards.

Who is the third ? I'm still very tempted by May despite how many good forwards they have.

Someone mentioned yesterday but that Storm bye in round 4 is a real fucker for running Papy & Bradley in the back three.

Working on assumption that Bradley might be useful

    Ah, forgot about him.

That bye schedule for Roosters is very good.. but it could also backfire trying to hold slight underperformers for too long, because Round 13.

Yeah, it can be a bit of a snowball effect too. You could run Cotric (or someone) as cover, with a dual CTR with Burbo to cover, then he loses his spot (or they both do) and you are really cooked.

EDIT: That was assuming Weekes not there, which he probably will be.

Yeah that's why Arthars is suddenly back on the menu for me. Locks in early like Burbo, so can't use them as fallback options when TLT2 goes pear-shaped.

Might just go back to the Pap, Teddy, Rapana (replacing Sivo) back 3 and Bradley off to the side.

Does RTS unlock Montoya, or is Montoya already Montoya? scratch

I didnt even think about that... My back 3 is Papy, Bradley, Kini. I could have no WFBs come round 4... Time to re think my whole team.

I'm still doubtful about Bradley's usefulness, so ideally he won't be essential to the back 3, just in case he flops or gets dropped.

But if he is named at edge next week, the upside is just too great not to have him, so if you drop either of them it would have to be Papy.
