Anyone looking at Loiero, starting Lock? Looks like he can play the 80, has never played lock though.

Missed tackle count is fairly "high"

In fact I think I've talked myself out of him now lol

Agreed. Curran wouldn't of gone to be playing on the bench either

At the Bulldogs, CURRAN is a bench PROP! Just like Leniu Very Happy Doing what he is told by GUS

Kris in at centre for Hopoate. Savage stays one wing and Cotric/Hopoate the other. Cotric a risk, currently looking at him as 21 as centre cover but he's not cover if he's not playing. Guess we could burn a trade next week on Cotric to... Talau.

From all reports, he is replacing HOPOATE

Kris gets a spot at CTR.

The question is whether Hops moves to either wing for Cotric or Savage.

Tetevano in the picture now too. He's obviously better than Zane but they could give him a taste and let him play out bulk of the season in NSW Cup for all we know

That Saab wing isn't the worst place to be. Gets opportunities.

I hope and pray its just a straight swap. I prefer Cotrics defence and Savages attack over Hoppas 'eh, meters I guess'. Apparently he trained a little at FB in the offseason which is why he played there in the trial so my hope is Stuart seems him as some utility that can fill in for a week or two here and there rather than a first up starter. I'm sure we'll have plenty of need for that kind of player too.

Is there a reason people are overlooking Lucas outside of the wealth of EDG players? priced at 41, average of 52 when he played edge last year

He was getting 80 minutes. Reports are saying he shares a role with KPP.

Fair enough, thought I was onto something but I should’ve known better, back to the drawing board then

Can't really fit any of them in, but that bench looks good for Saifitis, Leo and Elliott. A half, an edge, a small minute middle and a mid-minute middle. I guess Friz might play some mid as well.

I refuse to believe Salmon is a better 13 than Curran. I'm not falling for that one.

I've coached a lot of first grade teams.

Anyone else very interested in Hosking for 3-4 weeks minimum? He should play 80 with that bench. Calves are niggly and Whitehead is old might turn into more weeks. Career average of 58 playing 80 at second row and he's the sort to rip in to try claim the spot. Maybe loses out to Horse or something round 3?

Curran is a 1st grade player though, underrated imo.
