I can't see 50+. He will be good and will pop up all over the place but I just have to see how they play it before taking a risk on him.

If I could gather Turbo non-owners over here in a huddle for a moment.

    I'll wait.

Yep, squeeze in... please, do not be squeamish.

Welcome, fellow sad faces. Quick question. How are you tackling the rest of this round and what are your plans for next week? I absolutely despise chasing someone - especially a fullback based on one game after round one - but I have a bad feeling about letting this one slide. As someone who missed Horse and SJ last year, I am getting the same feeling here. It's not so much his R1 score, but just how he looked on the field.

The question is, do I do stupid things to try and make it happen next week, and it may still not happen, or do I just do what I'm doing and if it happens it happens? I'm not sure if I go as cheap as I logically can this week and leave a solid bank, or just pick who I pick and if injuries happen then that's my gateway?

Very unsure. Are non-owners creating a pathway, or just rolling the dice and what happens happens?

20 pages to catch up on, I feel TLT was quite kind and feel happy about the team I have locked in especially the late decision to start with Cook.

I assume everyone is feeling the same?

I’m honestly thinking NAS has nothing to do with our edges. Last year he was forced to play out there a lot due to injuries, no depth and us needing some spark. This year we have a little bit of forward depth, and I see him either knocking King to the bench or coming in for MacDonald and playing that bench impact role from 2020. Bellyache isn’t really the type to play games with team lists and pretty sure they see Blore more as a Middle/Lock. If Chan is named I would say he has that spot until he shows he isn’t up to it or if he gets injured. Only competition is Bradley who is untested and Chan looked a goer from the limited time he got last year. Could be his reward? I’m going for it.

He looks fantastic and in a really good side. Will be a key target in their attack and had first class defence in the trials. Expect he will be top tier. I have gone with May and Kiraz who I expect to score similarly for less.

Overall kind TLT. Some regrets about taking as many Vegas players as I did with the options we've been thrown here (certainly a bit of hindsight bias there though re Piakura, Sitili and Tatola)

Now that Hands is named on the bench I might bring in Metcalf over Lussick, anyone else bringing him in?

On the cowboys, any chance Granville is actually there to spell Robson? Playing the traditional 2 hooker rotation we are seeing now? Granville to plays 20 minutes at hooker and possibly 10-15 in the middle. Gives cotter about 60-65 minutes I reckon with Neame and McIntyre for Lolo and McLean and Fine to play 20-25 minutes at the end of the game for Luki?

Dragons forward minutes / rotation is kind of interesting at least until Luciano comes back. Some value might shake out.

    - 2 x low minute starting props
    - bench hooker
    - 60 minute max starting 2nd row

    Some of this may happen:
    - Liddle gets some minutes in the middle forward rotation and pushes 50
    - JDB plays 80
    - RFM gets a 50-60 minute HYBRID role and averages low 40s

Anyone know anything about Jack Bostock for the Dolphins? Looking for a cheap WFB for my reserves.

I am kind of tempted to go with him over Hutchison tbh. I feel like he is going to be doing more kicking this year.

Injury prone players aren't coming near my side this year and he looks like he'll snap a hammie every run. Nope.

Granville only took mins off Robson once last year (post Origin)

Other two <80 min games were HIA and sin bin. I am not falling for this again this year when I took Robson out after TLT (not in currently but considering Robson + Grant double up with no Cheese)

I've definitely had that sense many times in the past and have avoided accordingly, but I wasn't really getting that feeling on the weekend. Of course what I was feeling means zero, but I just don't like the vibe this time.

For me, his inevitable 20's have always been as much a deterrent as his injury risk, but if he's free of both of this year it could be a pretty ugly watch each week without him in one's team.

The bench for both Newcastle and titans are interesting. How many minutes do we think guys like jsaf and palasia going to get. Tossing up between them ..
