Good point, that might be a factor. If Jackie can play well and hold the spot for that amount of time though you'd think he makes 150k+, he's in my team (but so is Levi who I won't be at all surprised if he's a perinnial 20s scorer this year).

Anyone got any stats on Smithies of in the SL. Might pick him up in draft, but also interested in him in classic if the numbers stack.

I see a world where Chan sticks around all year. Big body, pretty quick, and still only 21. Howarth was touted as the next big thing coming through the system and can’t even crack the extended squad. Bellyache see’s something in him and is giving him a crack so I will too.

What do we think happens to smithies when Horse is back round 3?

I think I'm going cold on Shoes, and see more short term value in Kini, but obviously an early trade baked in.

I was going to say something on this as well. People talking about SL stats and other players etc. Bellamy is one of the best coaches ever, he's not just picking someone for the sake of picking him. So he'll be there completely on his own merits, whether that translate to Fantasy who knows. But he'll be given a chance.

Is there a reason draft teams are locked out still?

Either drops to the bench or Horse joins the MID oration and Smithies keeps the start. It’s anyone’s guess, even Ricky’s

Think I'm finally happy with my squad and can stop tinkering. Really keen for the footy to be back in full swing. Especially keen for the Thursday night game with 5 Raiders in play.

Yeah its a curious one. Iirc storm have picked a few bolters over the years that just stick? Looks a bit of a dynamic player i guess Bellamy is looking for a bit more of a threat on the edge hence Loiero not playing there anymore

Lewis might finish out the game at edge. Or maybe Blore is a late inclusion over Lewis

That Smithies stays lock playing 55mins even when Horse is back and that Horse goes into mid rotation at prop with Papali’i coming off the bench.

Think that might be the case. Only way Blore is out is if he is injured, imo anyways. I reckon full strength Blore will come in for Loiero and Loiero Pushes Lewis out of the team while NAS pushes MacDonald out.
