I'm going May first given that Horsburgh is back next week and we can thus get a look at what he does to Smithies.
Smithies is a final 17 player. Bodyslam is more of a risk.

I know you don't need my opinion to make your trades (and this isn't advice)
But I'm all aboard selling Hopgood and buying Terrell May - looking forward to the Rollercoaster ride of Robinson rotations
Going Niu to Turbo does help sweeten the deal for me

Just via the imaginary numbers and then combining them with real numbers, which up until this moment I thought was standard.
What’s complex numbers got to do with loci? (To the extent of you being shocked we can teach complex numbers without that concept)
It helps visualise the problem, plotting on the real/imaginary. Drawing a locus circle here is a good way of getting to the modulus of a complex number and absolute value.
But like, we only do complex numbers for physics and engineering in uni, and everything there is complex waves which is loci, right?

I think an account age minimum of one year would be enough. Just because you don’t post like a whore doesn’t mean you don’t whore out in other areas. You’re in.Daedalus wrote:
Might need to put a post minimum on these PPMs or I think I’ve got most people beat
2915 positives / 562 posts = 5.19 PPM.
I don’t contribute a lot but I’m grateful for the wisdom of the group!

Considering the amount of time I've been here (since the sportal days), I'm basically a journeyman plodder. The Jake Granville of nrlfantasyfanatics.

Without Niu, Kini and Olam
Who do you trade out and for whom?
Need a centre and a WFB otherwise I am playing short.
CTR: Strange
WFB: Pappy, Turbo
I often spend my morning coffee going through the previous pages. As I stumble across something witty (in my brain) to say, I just post it. Very little filter.BroncosSabres wrote:How do you guys deal with the dilemma of catching up on all the posts overnight and coming up with a witty reply to something posted 7 pages back? Ahh I’m not that funny anyways I guess. Happy football day everyone!

Every swing you don’t take can’t be a home run.

Good JS, can put up half decent scores and is still fairly cheap.

We have a concept titled “subsets of the complex plane” where we get students to sketch these subsets. Eg magnitude(z-(3+2i))=4 would be a circle of centre 3,2 and radius of 4. Students then sketch this circle and understand that any complex number on the circle is a solution to the equation. Is this what you mean? If so I suppose we cover it without using the locus terminology.
I can’t, in good conscience, upvote a post using the wrong “their”.King Assassin wrote:Here's a post to help everyone get there Upvotes up.
