termaynator scoring 28 in 30 tomorrow would be high quality trolling by robbo

rhino here has me second guessing lussick and i tend to agree, he's a plodder, but even at 45's it would be an upgrade on 80% of my squad right now.

no decisions required until tomorrow so i can kick that can down the street for now.

This feels far far too likely but there he is now sitting in my team.

This is a tough 1. Option 3 if a gun is ripe for the plucking next round (I haven't been keeping track), but if the gun trade in is forced, Option 1 for sure. Carrigan a nice POD play and removes the risk of Finefeuaki scoring a 30 in 50 mins.

    Option 1 for me too.

I was thinking the same but then I thought, would it be bad? He hasn't exactly blown the roof off with scoring, and who's to say he wont get 30 points in 50 minutes. Certainly doesn't scream "must-buy" even if starting. I'm happily selling this week.

Do we have any further insights on the horse?

Sure he is for +100k more. What happened to his scoring last week though? Seemed to stall for ages. 58 with a try LB 2 goals 3 TBs and Tigers look awful

Initially wanted Finefeuiaki & Galvin in this week as cash makers but now think I need to prioritise some decent scorers this week after a slow start.
Thinking of probably going Luki > Lussick & then Haas to another gun, not sure exactly who atm but leaning towards either :

Yeo - guaranteed consistent gun scorer week in week out but probably towards peak end of his price.
Carrigan - will be alpha in the pack with no haas and should see consistently high minutes most weeks, if not 80 some weeks.
Hynes - Leaning most towards this one as a gun half where I’m currently lacking strength (hutch would have been 2nd starting half this week alongside Cleary), and a potential captaincy option this week playing the tigers.

This would then leave me another week to look at Fine & Galvin (hopefully they don’t carve up this weekend so prices don’t fly up too much) and potentially get them next week as cash makers if no other issues crop up.

Any thoughts on the above? Any other guns people think I should be targeting instead?

    Team after trades would be
    Cheese
    Tupouniua May Cotter
    Piakura Chan
    Cleary Hutch
    Kiraz Burbo
    Teddy Papy Rapana
Lussick, Haas trade in, Salmon, Wong (looper)
    Levi Seyfarth Strange Hughes

Hynes or Carrigan. I’d lean towards Carrigan personally - later bye, opportunity to elevate without Haas.

Someone mentioned avoiding Yeo so you don’t end up with both him and Cleary on the bye together, which makes sense to me.

I suggested this last night already, but if your emg is so gross, don't get Fine and leave 655k ITB and just get another gun using that warchest.

Lussick also had a try and a LB.

Tigers looked awful in the first half, but they looked great in the second half. Was their first game.

Api more of a known quantity than lussick and could be good for an extra +6 in Goals each week.

Seems like less risk for the same reward.

All im saying is Lussick may not be as good a value relative to other hookers. And for those who need another hooker (me) he could be a much better option.

Twal's first try, smashing the Cowgirls by 60 at Leichhardt and doing the Dirty Dolphins by one. I'll be at Leichhardt on Saturday when we beat the Sharks. So put your house on it or give me a call after the game so we can have a beer and I can offer you a rental because you just lost your house.

Shall we have a wager ole buddy ? Nothing sexual this time though, still hiding that grimace to this day

So, if you keep doing them, I'll keep adding them and they make a nice little index for revisiting thread

I did notice it on a few previous threads, nice sweet moderating! Appreciate the effort! I'll aim to keep providing thr recap, but I'm not averse to someone else having a crack at times

    Three options for me:

    1) Straightforward point scoring trades to Carrigan & May +130k

    2) Nicho-chasing move: Hynes & Finefeuaki +200k

    3) Play the BEs with May & Finefeuaki + 600k to get falling guns in coming weeks

    Opinions?

I'm tempted by Beth's shout of Olo... but think I may do Ur 3rd option of Fine and some other cashout. Fainu maybe. No Luki here though

I keep expecting your next recap to be:

Page 1-50: Some stuff, who cares.
    Page 51: Party.

Although the parties have been short and tame lately.

Ola is a great pick this week but even if you don't get him, there is also E. Katoa who will be a buy in ~2 weeks time.

he had 2-3 games before CNK was back pre round 1... i remember you mentioned rumours it would be longer. should have listened. even so, can't see how he's worth bringing in now though.
