Anyone think he can retain the spot once Taaffe returns from his HIA?
I Hope so

All that is probably true based on what we've seen so far this year, and would make a lot of sense, if the coach was 12 years old.
To each their own, but from where I'm seated Cook and Murray are the only two guys in that team who at least look like they give a shit each week. Maybe a couple of others, but making an example of one of these two doesn't make sense at all to a logical mind.

Ah shit. Now I have to actually decide between Iro and Stewart.

If I trade Iro in he gets dropped next week for Talakai, if I leave him he stays all year for a 42.65 average
Trading out red dots is the way, keeping red dots hanging around is a dangerous strategy, as we've seen many times this seasonForanAgainst wrote:It seems wise to save my second trade for the year, but finding it difficult not to say no to a ticket aboard the Iro Express. Chan would be the one to make way.

Thinking the same -.-
Rapana + Cotric out for me makes so much more sense. Cotric must be so far down Ricky's pecking order.

Was a chronic issue that flared up in Round 5 - purpose of surgery is to go in and remove damaged portion of meniscus. Can have long term implications with meniscus acting as shock absorber in the knee.

Honestly, I'd probably go with the gun HLF over the gun WFB every day of the week but it really depends on who you are currently playing in HLF and who you get to leave out of the 17 in each case.
Drinkwater is the highest averaging WFB and he averages 57 (44, 45, 56, 58, 81). If you want to pay for points he's probably the best option as good byes and low SOO risk
Ponga 53 (35,39, 52, 72, 67)
Turbo 50 (54, 45, 46, 39, 66)
Manu 50 (75, 12, 46, 61, 58) gun at FB while Tedesco is out but may be short lived
Hynes averages 63 (50, 77, 50, 76)
Johnson averages 58 (60, 26, 59, 59, 67)

This was the week he would get dropped for Talakai.

1. Rapana to Campbell/Stewart, can decide before the 8th game
2. Chan/Blaize to Iro, leaning Chan out but can see whether him then Blaize are late starts. In the unlikely event they both are I can pivot to Rapana to Iro instead of the above
I think I can set up a very elaborate double starter loop that gives me the best 3 scores out of Salmon, Burbo, Iro and one Raider of my choosing, but I have to check it more closely. I possibly can run it more simply just off the bench too. And then I'd be less likely to fuck it up.
