Or, is the fact that those are my options an indication that it's time to bite the bullet and trade Cleary?

Could do Cleary, May, Chester to Hynes, Garrick, Armstrong which seems reasonable. Otherwise I'm pretty happy just doing May to Garrick, so it's whether those two others are worth it.

Really don't like burning through three trades a week.

Tohu for me. I've got Hynes but if I didn't, not sure its worth ripping your team apart to get him (last week's score notwithstanding). Could repeat the dose this week against the Dragons, but maybe not against Storm, Roosters and Panthers. And then there's Origin.

    Not a bad idea

Great shout. Can't see Salmon keeping up the 40's anyhow and when he moves back to lock he's a dud.

If May starts yes he'll lose $$, but he'll probably also score 50 or so. Calf injuries are notoriously niggly and can be known to hang around for longer than just a week too.

The evil part of me wouldn't mind seeing Preston in back row with Mann holding his spot and Salmon on the bench, which would be a clear sign to punt Salmon and hold May. Don't see that happening, though. If nothing else, it's a good excuse to put the decision off until tomorrow.

May should definitely lose money regardless, but collecting a 50-60 on the way out for minimal cash loss would be nice.

If I'm reading between the lines correctly, they seem to be getting JWH to play his 300th game at home next week, so I am not sure there's actually any calf issue? Could be wrong, obviously.

Storm young gun Sua Faalogo is set to play his first game of the year with the flyer likely to start on the wing. Tyran Wishart was named to replace the injured Xavier Coates but Faalogo is now likely to start on the flank. (Michael Carayannis)

Early to trade in a looping red dot cash out, but as a Papy handcuff it's plausible. Not for me though.

Thoughts on getting Jolliffe over Plath? Seems like a guy who could be a cut priced MID keeper. I can’t shake the feeling that Plath will need to be traded out eventually.

    Why not both?

I can't decide between them either, so thinking I'll get both

Does Jolliffe get selected for Queensland over Mofo? On current form it would seem likely.

I'm thinking this is the qld starting pack and bench, if there are 15 or 16 injuries to elite maroons forwards in round 12.

    8 Kerr
    9 Tanah Boyd
    10 Arrow
    11 Bullemor
    12 Loiero
    13 Mann

    14 Simpkin
    15 Finefeuiaki
    16 Offa
    17 Jolliffe
