    On Mikaele;
    I'd be more than happy to have some people join me on the Mikaele Minibus (it's been pretty quiet over these last nine weeks, but we've got $28k to show for it), but a few things I'd warn buyers about;

    - it's not the most fun to wait til the 50+th minute for your bench middle to finally get a stint
    - when he comes on, he only gets 17ish minutes, why? Because he's stuffed - I guess 6 weeks of doing nothing as 18th man isn't going to help match fitness, but the guy has never been known for big minutes.
    - that means you're kinda hoping for two stints in the last 30 minutes of the game
    - this would change if TP would give him a 25th minute stint and use the half time break, but.... TP...
    - Did I mention Todd Payton?

    On the positive side, he loves those 4 point offloads

    Pretty soon we will need to make a decision on Galvin. Doesn't get bulk kick metres or goal kicking so base is pretty questionable. Seems to rely heavily on his running game for fantasy points (tbs, offloads, run metres). Probably settles around 600-650k as a ~45 average half. Very good bye schedule post round 13 will make him hard to dump during that period. If anyone has trades left will be one to consider moving to a real keeper from round 20 onwards

    Lucky you did. Can't imagine the damage if NRL teams that visit this forum found out a winger for the wooden spooners got injured at training. Would have been carnage if the Dragons had 6 days to prepare instead of 5

    Easy keep during bye period for me

    Interesting call coming up will be do you sell Angus if he makes Origin. Bank 200-300k going to similar EDG (e.g. Nikora) with Angus poor bye schedule should he make Origin

    Speaking of Bunnies, embarrassingly, I'm very interested in Wighton. Hadn't even considered Origin as a factor but watching 100% Footy last night, Gallen dropped a big spiel on how much he thinks Wighton should be in the NSW team.

    Obviously he's not a selector, but what do we think the odds are that he plays Origin? I didn't think anyone from the Bunnies would be looked at for Origin now Murray is down, and what's the story with his withdrawal from Origin last year? Was that a one-off, or was that an all encompassing retirement from Origin?

    I'd rather no complications if I go down this route as owning a player from the Bunnies seems enough complication itself.

    His scores should be significantly better with Sezer out for 4 weeks. Bud doesn’t do much and Fainu is injured every time he gets an opportunity to start.

    I think if Wighton puts his hand up to play Origin, he'll play. Very Madge player, very Origin player. Would complement Cleary at 6, but probably ideal as a 14 who can cover the backs but also come on as impact. If McInnis is 15 as a mid who can play hooker, that's the beginning of a very good bench.

    Just reading through the Judiciary charges;
    15 fines this week totalling $28,400 if they're not contested.

    If the NRL can keep that up each week (as clearly, the fines aren't reducing jackshit), then they could amass $750k in a year

    My suggestion would be that money would be great to funnel back into ahhhh.... NRL fantasy prizes, might even leave enough after some big prizes to *cough* upgrade the app or scorers etc

    Angus is probably my only Origin sell. Hopefully Walsh becomes Dedwards next week if he shits the bed again. I’ll probably hold Cotter and Hynes.

    Sezer is missing a few weeks

    Will Sullivan come in, or will they give Latu Fainu a start? Either way I think Galvin can be the "senior" half.

    BREAKING NEWS: My sources tell me that there is going to be a huge OUT this week that will have plenty scrambling and panicking to fix their teams. Its still all hush hush at the moment so I can’t spill, but I will give you guys one clue- this player is in Rabbit21’s team.

    He’s going to miss 13. 14, 16. And 19. No doubt he comes off the bench 17 and 20 or is rested. Looks like a Rd 13. I’m selling to Bateman in Rd 14 as he only misses Rd 13. I currently have a functioning 1-13 for Rd 13 and won’t be getting any injuries to those players between now and Rd 13.
