Trading back Hutcho/Salmon would have to be the most masochistic trade this year.

That's one nauseous trade decision. Cannot imagine how I could pull that trigger

The fantasy by the numbers article is basically who is scoring tries at the minute. Tries and last week's scores. Am I doing it wrong ?

Can't believe people are knocking premiership winner Jaeman Salmon
(I'll probably trade him out pretty soon)
I also think Hopgood is not a certainty for origin, but that's probably just because I'm an owner and I'm hoping. At least if he plays it will likely be off the bench, so he's a decent chance of getting lower minutes and being OK to back up.

If there were word he wasn't going to make the team, he's an instant trade in.

i was actually quite hopeful when i started with salmon i used to see him come on for the panthers & he showed a bit of potential he would add punch off the bench...however for the bulldogs he has shown the opposite he's slow & adds no punch at all...he's been disappointing.

This is the same Salmon who used to come off the bench for the Panthers and jag the odd try and look lively isn't it. It's quite a change

Give a man a fish, he'll eat for a day. Teach a man to fish, he'll eat for a lifetime
I guess the panthers gave salmon the tries

It's a bit like Storm players getting big $ contracts to leave and then (shock horror) don't perform in a different team system.
The reverse is true for spuds like Josh King - bench middle for the Knights, total plodder, then gets into the Storm system and is a tackle bot with the occasional attacking stat.

Tyrone Peachey scored 10 tries for the Panthers last year. Don't think tries for the Panthers are really a good indicator of anything

Hearing bateman is 8-10 weeks? no source, just a group chat but you'd assume they got it from somewhere. @Tigs will no doubt confirm any minute..
Bugger.. Bateman -> Joliffe or Haas is a sure thing then

I also saw a social media post with the headline Bateman and To'a out long term for the tigers.
