Good trades. Hopgood will play origin you ok with that?

Yes been rough I assume you’ll be down to 11 trades I’ll likely be down to 13 it’s been rough. Lots of deadwood out of my team though now hoping with injury luck can slow up on trades.

For all you masochistic Koro owners out there:

Api in that article wrote:“It’s a strange injury, nobody has really seen it before,” Koroisau told this masthead. “It’s one of those things [you take] week by week. I get a bit of stiffness. It’s weird, I’ve never had it before, and I’m not sure if anyone else has had it. I’m lucky it’s come good this week. I’m good to go.”

    Apparently Salmon injured not dropped:

"Bulldogs backrower Jaeman Salmon has been ruled out of Magic Round after spending the last 24-hours in hospital.

Salmon will miss a crucial clash with Canberra on Friday night due to a staph infection he picked up earlier this week."

Not worried about origin just because his a keeper. Can't afford to bring mid rangers to cover byes don't have the trades with keeper or downgrade to get a keeper.

I think the Cowboys are playing against reserve graders in a trial match on Saturday night if that helps

I think I’m going the same 3 ins

Find Jolliffe pretty uninspiring but the numbers are there and playing 16/19 is pretty handy

Good to know he’ll be back stronger and just a temporary thing.

    Everyone best hold

Have a heap of cash but not really sold on who to spend it on with byes and origin around the corner, ideally with some value. Who we on?

Tohu, Preston, joliffe (feels dirty getting on so late), Grant, hopgood maybe with a bit of value

Yeo, haas, Fifita no real value and origin

Also considered luki and keeping the cash as my team value is terrible from all my first half injuries

I thought this was an easy decision -sell SJ but now I’m not so sure. I have ample cover at Half and FB so with injuries and origin (plus therefore risk of not backing up) wreaking havoc, plus assuming Nicho is out this week, which of these three do I sell? Walsh, Nicho, or SJ? They all miss 11, 13, and 19. Assuming SJ is back 14 he misses 12 and no extra rounds. Nicho misses 16 and 20 plus potentially 14 and most likely 17 and Walsh misses 16 plus potentially any of 14 17 and 20 .(as all 3 day turn arounds). It’s Nicho isn’t it? Any idea how serious Walsh’s injury is?

Feel like Jolliffe is going to be very consistent for a 55 avg and a lot of us (likely myself included) will never own him just because of his name and that he isn't a recognised previous gun. Ofahengaue in 2022 comes to mind.

Like others I am also annoyed I didn't get on when he was $550k as I considered but can't let that cloud the decision now.

I’m looking at Aitken this week but then again Farnworth is 110k cheaper

Got about 10 players on shortlist for Bateman trade. Instead of thumbs up thumbs down, maybe need a left index up vs right middle finger down

Just checked and I currently have 11 by position and 12 total for that round, (have 4 R16 MIDs). CNK and Fuller as WFBs.

Whoever I pick will get injured within 2 weeks so Farnworth it may be

These Angus/Hynes Origin threats are really clouding my bye planning but may look to just have strong 18-19 with barely any shittos across byes rather than some outright guns

Also keep forgetting about Plath and others DPP and realising I may not need specific position (HLF)
