Trying to decide whether to go Chevy to Cole. Bit of a nothing trade but a green dot during the bye period should be reasonably valuable, even though I won't be expecting very much from him.

Only plays 13 of the big byes so not super useful past that. And Schneider could possibly return 14/15

If I look at the list of hookers enough times there's sure to be a magical non-shit option appear right? Hooker is definitely the new centre.

I'm really about to either trade Grant a week before origin, Cook back in for $690k playing less than 80mins or Mahoney for $700k. I think Mahoney might be winning Shocked MS don't try and put me off him again I'm truly on to you now keeping him all for yourself.

The best hooker in the comp is the one you have.

Unless the one you have is BS9 mtb

All these pages about Nat Butcher.

If he was injured, he wouldn’t be at 19
No coach has ever rested a player because they are about to play Origin
No coach has ever rested a big minute player because they need him for big minutes through Origin

    Lads, he’s dropped.

Think Mahoney is your best bet, floor isnt bad at all and seems to have found some consistency.

If I didnt have Grant and JBrails already and wasnt so low on trades I'd be seriously looking at him with his numbers and great bye coverage

Thing is having to bench one of JBrailey or Mahoney in rd13 is a bit annoying and wouldn't even be able to loop them but not really a reason on its own to avoid.

If Grant for sure backs up after each origin game (which it looks like he did last year with next to no minutes reduction) then he's potentially still a better option at the same price and just go without a hooker in rd16 but I hate the idea of the added injury risk from origin games.

I'm currently running just Grant and planning on picking up Cook in round 14 if he doesn't make Origin. Just going to play 12 in Round 13. Alternative option is JBrailey this week so I have 13 next week, but then I have no hooker round 16 instead and Cook is probably a keeper whereas I don't think Brailey is

Add the fact that Robbo said he was going to be dropped for the Dragons game before Radley got injured.

hes dropped, or just being given a legit rest (for no other reason other than niggle/workload). robbo has said multiple times he'd do this with different players throughout the year.

we've seen it already with terrell and whyte

Terrell has been in the 17 every week, minutes up and down week to week but that’s just game state.

Whyte played R1-9, missed 2 weeks when Radley and Leniu returned (dropped)

Now Whyte is back, Radley is moved to EDG to accomodate him as has previously been suggested would happen, and Butcher is “rested”.

I just think at this point in time, Robbo legit doesn’t think he’s in their best 17
