He looks solid to me, a few more attacking stats in the last 2 rounds, but there is no reason why that won't continue. And Dpp is always handy

Ooow interesting. If it's true (and a significant number of points) then jump on Eels to miss top 4 or top 8 or whatever. Then hedge bets after the odds update... Sure money Smile

I'm questioning my trade in of Holland. I went Nikorima to Holland via Feeney and Gutherson. Just wondering whether to save the trade or just ditch Nikorima now before he haemorrhages more money.

Sort of Fantasy related but Laurie Daley came out and said he won't pick Austin and Sezer for Origin because they aren't experienced and haven't played any finals matches. With statements like that I think maybe he might forego Tedesco at fullback too.
I mean Daley's just below the rung of guys like Taylor and Griffin right now. He is outright saying Pearce has a good chance to re-stake his claim for an Origin spot so he seems pretty intent on keeping the same exact side from last year and just giving the usual spiel about in-form players that they're 'in the frame'. That's good Fantasy news though for Teddy.

Despite Lonescout not recommending Holland due to Chase Stanley's possible return in round 8, I think it is a good trade keeping in mind that Hopoate will not be playing round 10,11, and 12

Yeah. He did clarify a bit though and said he also needed consistent performances, which Ted has been giving. He was a little contradictory between the halves and fullbacks. Last week he pretty much said both Ted and Dugan were locked in.

I dont mean to undermine your post JBG but just want to clarify for the other posters. I dont think he said he wont pick them but he definately was leaning to the incumbants when put under the pump about it and asked for everyone to support his decision so they are very unlikely. In relation to Teddy i have it on very good authority that Daley has given Teddy a few calls and indicated he will be the number 1 early on, with recent form i dont think much has changed.

I performed this exact sequence of manoeuvres.

PRO: Holland will play this week and next week almost certainly. Possibly a further 2 weeks after that depending on Stanley injury.

PRO: He will most likely be first choice goal kicker whilst in the side.

PRO: Religion boy misses round 10, 11 & 12 opening up a spot for Holland (Perrett back to FB?).

PRO: Stanley in general is made of glass. He's played 100 games of NRL in 10 years. He will go down again. Without a doubt. Sad but true.

    CON: Uses a trade

And keeping in mind Chase Stanley's injury in the 5th minute of round 8.

Agree. I ditched Jnik a couple of weeks ago, but am bringing in Holland to cash out Carter. After all Stanley's troubles, I gambling that they don't rush him back this time, Dogs need a decent kicker, might play the Sunday games, and Jmorris might play origin again, good byes, low BE etc. Might only make 60k but potential for a lot more imo

    Holland is a risk.
He's a better risk than many but he's still a risk.

I will be trading him in, knowing he's a risk.
