Got almost $400k in the chest to facilitate the trade

Currently holding Hynes and Angus, but one will go along with Smithies for Fifita and another gun

KPP and Lucas rotating with Friz.

Don't think any Knights edge assured 80 are they?

Currently have 10 this week with Grant as my only hooker. Would you go Hands this week for 11 knowing round 16 will play without a hooker, or play 10 this week and pick up API next week?

    TU: Hands
    TD: API

Api/Hands is weirdly tough. Api is infinitely the better player with great byes, but Hands is so cheap.

I would probably go Hand and hope he can raise a cheeky 200k, and make sure I was investing in points elsewhere

    Friz has only played 10/11

but think he would defo have the edge over KPP if Friz is back starting there

Thought I heard mention when Friz comes on Lucas moves to middle which is even more appealing. Can anyone confirm?

It's a weekly shake of the dice, we don't know

Season started with Friz & Lucas edge, KPP bench

It's only due to Lucas injury (We assume) that KPP even got the starting gig

I'd say Lucas could be a season long keeper for sure, but I'm someone who picked him up 100K cheaper. I do find he is quite comfortably one of the Knights best though...

Why not both and use Hands as a cash-out? I reckon he is odds on to play 80 for the rest of the season and will be valuable throughout origin and in the 18-21 post-origin. Use that cash to get the best looking DPP HOK around prior top R16

The biggest danger I see is him filling in at centre if backline injury. Has there been one where he stayed at edge?

Nah he's shifted in game a few times to centre as well. He's the first option to cover centres if there's an injury to wing or centre. So maybe 80 minutes but not on the edge.

If BA was still coach, I'd disagree with you, but certainly the change of coach (and subsequent change in minutes) is promising for Hands

Bigger concern would be a mid-season signing. Don't even know who would be available, but if a quality hooker did become available I'm sure parra would be interested. Low enough chance that I am more than happy to risk it not happening

In fairness to you, the whole mid season signing type of scenario never really entered my mind. It's possible but given the drama at the moment, would seem somewhat unlikely one would think.

From an eye test, Lucas and Frizz are the Knights best second rowers. Only because I think KPP needs more fire in the belly. If he had some mongrel in him when he's got the ball and wanted to smash into guys and break tackles he's our number one option. He runs like he's a halfback at the moment, will be and still is a great addition to Newie though.

Agree with this basically, KPP is below them

It's just KPP game that lends it's hand to Fantasy quite nicely (TB/Offload), where Lucas is more of a bread and butter guy, plays the whole 80 and can still get a few TB points

Didn’t realise Lucas and KPP were 23. In comparison Friz is 32

I'm going to cash out to Hands and I don't think he will even play 80 minutes this week

    - Jack Cole has been cleared of any injury to his hamstring, with his early removal from Round 12 mostly a precaution
    - Brad Schneider has been named to return 3 weeks after suffering an LCL tear - a week or two ahead of schedule

    Spoiler:

Ok well thats good on one hand will have him in a loop this week, bad on the Schneider side, thought Cole had two more weeks to make cash.

Also means I'm probably making at least three trades next week.
