Talagi is my issue, Who doesn’t love a bench back who isn’t a dummy half. So there is no way Hynes could possibly back up next week and I’ve got 7 on the bye (plus Hynes and any number of bonus injuries). I have to keep Talagi don’t I.

Figuring the days of running Talagi as starting CTR are about to come to an abrupt halt.

You see it said by Manly fans who think that Tom is somehow less likely to get injured at centre than fullback.

So the teams that play 19 and 20 are Tigers Titans Dolphins Souffs Knights(rd 21 bye) Broncos Manly. Will need to aim to get worthwhile players from that lot for rd 19 numbers. Would like to get Aitken this week but will wait until after 14. Hope he doesn't score too big this week

How does Russell stay in the centres ahead of Talagi?

Should have read the rest of the posts first.  I still think Lussick might be done, terrible hooker.

If BA was still coach, I'd disagree with you, but certainly the change of coach (and subsequent change in minutes) is promising for Hands

Bigger concern would be a mid-season signing. Don't even know who would be available, but if a quality hooker did become available I'm sure parra would be interested. Low enough chance that I am more than happy to risk it not happening

Sounds like because he is the bigger body might have something to do with it.

    Maybe the contract talks contributed

It's unlikely. NSW are favourites for a reason. Playing at home, lots of in-team connections....QLD have their work cut out and NSW could have the luxury of a settled side.

Who is the most likely to be held accountable though when we get badly beaten. I’m pretty sure Dedwards will be immune so unless he gets injured then Teddy looks pretty safe.

I'm seriously thinking of grabbing Moses this week.....hopefully he can lead my fantasy team to the promised land (which at this point is where I was before last weeks apocalypse round)

It's not a soft tissue/ligament injury so if he's right to go he's probably right to go.

It's more likely he has an alright game this round, Hynes gets injured/has a complete stinker and Moses gets drafted in to play games 2 & 3.

Speaking of the apocalypse listening to Killing Joke's 1980 self titled debut atm.....I like it.

I've gone Hughes - Moses mate

So on this train with you

One of the TV channels ran it as a story last week.  My recollection is they used the word “shock” and “considering” in their story.

    https://www.nine.com.au/sport/nrl/news-2024-tom-trbojevic-centre-switch-manly-sea-eagles-andrew-johns-brad-fittler-phil-gould-exclusive-20240523-p5jg5y.html

Says Siebold has talked to Turbo about it, but no decisions made.

Had a look at the planner and it seems like at this stage a MID and an EDG that plays 16/19 is the best fit for my team so will be looking at Fifita/Uto next week.

That plan probably gets ruined but it’s good to know

    For the other Cole owner

    For the Panthers:
    - Jack Cole has been cleared of any injury to his hamstring, with his early removal from Round 12 mostly a precaution
    - Brad Schneider has been named to return 3 weeks after suffering an LCL tear - a week or two ahead of schedule

Lucas not losing 80 min role right? Seems his scores revolve round making lots of tackles with TOs thrown in. I like his POD % status
