Also cut from the Aardvarks extended bench…..was upsetting the major sponsors with his refusal to wear the branded shirt (or any shirt)

That won't happen. You don't change your FB to hooker and bench to FB mid game as a plan. Even Barrett isn't that stupid.

Tigers have used a winger (Jordan Rankin) as their 2nd hooker

Dragons have come up with some wild rejigging of their team in the past when managing hooker rotations

I think its correct to say no decent team would do something so crazy.

Didn’t Gidley used to start at FB then move to hooker mid game?

Gidley played FB in defence and hooker in attack. And the Knights were fucking dreadful. Run the man into the damn ground.

I didn't think I needed to phrase it that, teams with a brain don't do it.

Great theory. Except qld are favourites with the bookies.

I was just thinking if any team had done it and I randomly remembered Gidley had WFB/HOK and I think it’s the only time I’ve ever seen that

Anyone looking at Seyfarth next week? Avg 53mins off the bench last 3 weeks for a 43 avg priced at 29.

5 games off bench this year over 40mins games avg is 42 in 51mins.

Could be a sneaky one at 400k with no Klemmer Ipap or Bateman.

Shoutout to @Tigs for giving us the mail that Matto was on the outer a week before the journos. Appreciate it mate, I needed those 41 points from Carty.

Did I miss an Ipap injury update? I know he went off after the hip drop but haven't seen anything concrete that says he misses next week

Really going around in circles on the mid/edg I'm bringing in. Want someone that plays 13+16.

I think I'd actually prefer Lem the most but backs myself into a corner next week where I would have 4 on bye after trading Kris. There will no doubt be at least one injury or origin resting in my team.

That leaves the Bulldogs Curran, Ming, Preston. All of which have minutes questions for me, just too many options that Ciraldo likes to use in that pack.

Ming has been scoring well lately but sometimes only plays high 40mins, and had a couple sub 40 scores earlier in the season due to that. $675k is a lot for a guy that might have some 45min games.

If I knew Ciraldo would leave Preston to start at 2nd row and play 70+mins from here he is the easy pick but who tf knows on that. Kikau listed to only miss 2 more games and then we may see Preston back to bench for 50mins.

Curran has been punching out scores on the whole but only 40mins last week, a couple of other low 40min games, one saved with a try. Least likely to be a potential keeper of them all if in a bind. DPP handy though.

Catching up on the forum this morning so apologies if this has been answered but it was mentioned as a possibility by Siebold in a presser. The likelihood is probably low but he didn't shut down the idea completely
