I think trading Teddy out after getting in last week is absurd waste of a trade.

Think he means that he is now out again this week so effectively bought him to then have him out two weeks in a row.

Was my situation. Bought him in as a decent captain option for the bye round, then got stuck with him as captain and not even getting points from him this week too. One of my worst moves this season

Yeah, never thought about that. Thanks for the reminder. He was going to score 200 points last week so as to make up for the bye this week. At least we were well aware of his absence this week!

Going all out on trades this week trying to boost down from 11k to top 5k in the coming weeks hopefully.

    Shoes - Hands
    Salmon - Fifita
    Piakura - Twal / Yeo
    Armstrong - Latrell/Wighton

Yeo if I get Wighton, Twal if Latrell. Think i Prefer the Twal and Laterell combo for byes.

Leaves me 6 trades, 23k ITB and a full strength team of:

    Grant
    Haas, Plath, Carrigan
    DFifi, KPP
    Galvin, Weekes
    Aitken, Iro
    Garrick, Latrell, Teddy

    Brailey, Twal, MKing, Blore
    (Hands, Aitkinson, Armstrong,Fa'alogo)

Obvious gap being a need for a top half or two once the top tier guys are fit. Others listed might also need an upgrade down the track too.

The chance that Keaon plays 80 min lock in 3 of next 6 and is DPP that fills bye week gaps I need is too useful not to take a punt on with 13 trades left. Still not convinced on Fainu scoring even with nice price point

first of all, i am reasonably tempted by koloa.

but why is he playing 80 at lock from now on? because it happened once? and because he scored a banner ?

i guess he's just back to edge 80 with murray back which isn't the worst thing

I feel bad for buying someone that has just got a banner but yeah he’s an option.

With all of their injuries he might have to play 80 minutes at lock, seems very capable and then yeah just goes back to 80 minute edge where he has a decent enough average. Excellent byes

Is it reasonable assumption Murray back rd 15 gets through ok goes straight into Origin team?

You’d think he goes in if he makes it through 15 unscathed

    Plans:

Strange, Koula, Shoes are instant outs for mine. Hynes has to go too because you need the points and can't afford any cash loss.

Your targets are missing a CTR and cover - suggest Wighton at cut price.

From you sub-tier guns, only Latrell is somewhat undepriced, so he comes in.

Twal isn't mentioned, but is a high value pick with good byes - noting you're good for mids. But could make you 150k and help get to Yeo.

Last you need a cash cow, suggest holding your nose and going Seyfarth or betting on Simpkin. Jack Cole is the other good option.

Lots of trades is nice, so can take the risk.

I was going to grab Preston but Koala is definitely tempting with the DPP and added round 19. I think Preston scores more by seasons end if he remains in the run on side for the year though.

Thanks WL, I wanted Kleese Haas as well and it works but leaves me with $0 in the bank. I'm not sure having a $0 balance is a great idea the way this season has played out to date...

I suppose Seyfarth is a cash cow (who I'll have to play at least four times before round 20) but it feels wrong

Yes, it's a definite risk when Kikua returns but surely the coach's hand is forced by that stage..........

Not understanding the KHaas love. Scores are aren't that great at all.

3 games with 2 tries at a 48 average. Small sample size but those 2 games with tries aren't the best scoring.
