In a season where people are low on trades and can't get all the Origin guns back in, a 17th man averaging 50 is just fine. I will also have Yeo and Haas in my MIDs. Good luck trying to get a better 17th man in your team, as well as Cleary, Hynes, Yeo, Haas etc.

I think you're being wound up here, clearly no team ever has 17 50+ guys by season end and Uto is fine. Twal is a bit more marginal IMO.

I think the Armstrong rumours are 77% scuttlebutt, 14% legitimate, and 9% mistaken identity

to the orginal post i certainly wouldnt be trading out Armstrong until its confirmed so if your needing the cash for an upgrade id find it another way.

I have Armstrong and Koula and Hands cash gen is looking too good to pass up so trading one of them to Hands looks a good move.

I think it's been mentioned a few times that coaches have actually said team list Tuesday means very little to them.

    Right now:
Tigers, then Titans/Rabbitohs have best bye schedule over remainder of Origin period
Manly too, but they have a 3rd bye post-Origin whereas Titans/Rabs are done by R17

Storm is good (plays R19 then no more byes)
    Panthers if you’re H2H

    Nice one RG.

I'm pretty sure Armstrong failed a drug test and had a ball cut off. Seems like an easy sell.

I think the hope from Knights fans is that Will Pryce plays for the halves instead of Cogger

I don't watch lower grades, but I've heard Pryce has hardly set the world on fire there, but after a couple of losses Knights fans just want to make changes to get a win

AOB named the same 17 as last week, that lost 32-2.

The chances of there being changes to a team that was thrashed by a Dogs team that was missing Burton, Kikau and Crichton is high.

I would normally be all over hands, but already have 2 Eels players and don't need a HLF or HOK for R19.

I may need 4 trades to get 17 players. Shoes stays for me. I'm okay to hold for 16 at this stage.

If Cotter and Robson back up though I may toss him. He could easily come out this week and post a 30-35, which isn't a disaster.

i think we are on the same page and making basically the same moves. i already have wighton and will hold angus and patty. unfortunately i'm a pleb with one less gun, so dont have yeo to worry about.

just looked at what i can afford with hynes/matto/mikaele/smithies out, i can get dfifita/latrell/seyfarth and have a milli to spare for the last trade. might just do koloa or equivalent just to keep extra bank for hynes or cleary. i'm not really sold on koloa though and it feels very group thinky to grab him.

there's a good chance ive overlooked positional coverage, because i haven't actually looked at that yet.

i'm a bit annoyed about latrell, i was going to grab him when turbo went down but i figured he'd play origin. even if he did (and may still), he'd have been a good buy at the time.

I toyed with a Nikora to Koala sideways trade this week for a couple of reasons, Nikora has been on a barren run which means he has been less value to my team than Smithies over the last month (so kneejerk) & Koala covers the holes in my bye planner alot better (astute planning...lol)

I can't do it because realistically they have the same long term average and Nikora scored three 50s prior to scoring three 30s. Koala is not scoring two tries every week (but it would be nice if Nikora got some ball close to the line Very Happy )
