trades, but my team doesn't have enough quality in it to justify spending 2 trades on brining a cash cow in and out.
Its subgun PODs for me now. Everyone I trade in has to be with the view that they are never leaving.
Everyone always talks about it costing 2 trades to get a shitto in and out, but it's really only one extra trade. Assuming you're ditching the likes of Armstrong or Koula who were never keepers to a shitto then to a keeper that's only one more than you'd have used going shitto to keeper.
I understand it's one trade many of us can't afford, but the way everyone sells it as two trades I find a bit strange
I have 17 trades left
So 4 of my 21 are guaranteed 'keepers' - don't have enough trades to get rid of them even if I wanted to. Who those 4 keepers are are subject to change, but no escaping the fact that at least 4 of my team are guaranteed in for the long haul.
If I bring in Sharpe (or any cash cow), then that's now 5 other players who are keepers. and becomes 6 when I trade Sharpe out again. Yes, the first part is true whoever I bring in - but if I am bringing in someone who I expect to hold for the year then the trade in becomes the new 'keeper'. If I trade in someone that I expect to trade out again then I need 2 new 'keepers', 1 for the trade in and 1 for the trade out.
Or Alternatively, its not comparing bringing a cash cow in and out to just bringing someone in. Its comparing bringing a cash cow in and out to not making a trade at all.
