Here is a cherry-picked stat that I like to justify Sipley.

Games > 40 minutes without Paseka, average of 59.

Be lucky if he even plays this weekend , kent could barely walk last week. Shocked to see him named.

Brown has a PPM of 0.6 this year and has 1 score over 30 all season, despite getting a decent average of 43 minutes.

For Sipley, adding minutes adds points.

I actually like Sipley, he generally goes close to PPM and there’s minutes there, at least in the short run. Had him in a few draft leagues with deeper rosters hoping he’d get more into the rotation earlier in the season

One thing is he was off injured last week, surprised he’s named without any doubt about lining up.

Another option would be to just play one less this round and hold the trade, cos you’re gonna look like a goober bringing in Sipley if this week a 700k player goes down and you could’ve spent 700k + on a real difference maker next week. Maybe that a scared way of playing though, who knows?

Yeah, I wanted someone who could play both bye rounds but had a serious look once Watson got picked for SOO. I’m going to pass.
