That mechanism looked very similar to something I did years ago playing goalie. Couldn't turn a door knob for 6 months and never got full motion back in it. My other wrist can bend back 90° while that one can only bend to 45°. I never went to doctor or did physio. Really should have.

Sounds awful mate, no doubt Manu will get all the treatment available but doesn’t sound promising for a quick return.

Api likely to be suspended for a couple weeks for a lifting tackle. Nothing in it at all, but that's the sport we play atm.
