I solved all that existential hand wring about Titans backs by trading in Campbell a month or so ago.....went good, then not so good then hopefully something

Have gone Moses to Aitken this week to get another keeper in.....still not sure about paying that much for Aitken and have Koala envy but seems sensible...ish

    TU: Lemu
    TD: K Haas

Which one to play? Leaning towards Lemu, partly because just in case Haas doesn’t play. Lemu has been close to getting a try last two weeks as well…Now it sounds like I’m karma farming

i have the same issue with lemu and fainu... all my EDG options are green dots this week (lemu/fainu/fifita/matto/koala), the last two are in my mids obvs. (i got matto last week assuming fifita was coming in for game 3)

Just read JWH has missed a whole season (23 games already, 4 more now) due to bans Very Happy

Maybe it is these tactical breaks that are giving him his longevity?

    My trade plans moving forward

Hynes to Cleary will be the obvious trade, hopefully Cleary suits up next week

If for some reason Kini gets to stay at fullback, I'll be keeni to get him for the run home. There are too many question marks around the job security at the moment though

I'll also be keen to get Haumole or DCE. I'd like to get both, but I already have Garrick and I don't want 3 Sea Eagles on the round 22 bye. Maybe I'll pick one up before and one after

I'd also like to upgrade my Hooker, but happy to run with Api for the time being

It's quite possible Khass retains that edge and Fermor stays where he is.

Nice stash of cash, who are your 3 main targets in the next 2 weeks?

Cleary next week if named. Haas/Yeo as well hopefully. Leaning Yeo since he has no more byes. Having Haas and Carrigan missing for a potential knock out in H2H will be brutal. Probably look at Blore and Weekes to make way for those guys. I suspect Yeo will be rested Round 20 though.

Still to decide what else to do, I would prefer to only use 3 trades. Might be Strange to a keeper or upgrade Hands/Sharpe to at least a decent scorer for a bit of depth.

But I am sure it won't go that smoothly.

Hello fellow no trade gang member. I shall join you in looking ahead one week to actually having trades.

    Hynes to Cleary also obvs.

Koula needs to go but lack of funds to upgrade him so likely needs to go to a cashout. I reckon Guymer sticks around, looked good, but rd20 bye of course.

Should probably bin Brown but not sure who to, not so keen on DCE this year next to Brooks. Might just have to ride it out with Brown anyway to save a trade.

Weekes I think will need to be traded but doesn't have to be in rd20.

Hoping Grant is going to be fine.

Watson is high on my wish list, him or Yeo, but I suspect Yeo gets a rd20 rest.

I might still get Gray in

upside - cheap. If Latrell is long term he has decent job security

downside - if Latrell comes back early he's a dead spot.

There's not many WFBs that play this week that I am happy keeping in my team all year. I don't trust Kini/Campbell with Brimson around. Perhaps I should
Tommy Trbo also an option but obvious risk there with injury history
Other than Gray as a cashout with upside I think the only other guy I am tempted by is Marzhew, who isn't super cheap but can go on a scoring run.

Yeah that’s the gamble. What’s the math behind the Rabbitohs run home, if they lose two games then they are out of contention?

If that happens then surely Latrell is held back. Although if that happens early it seems like a long time without any footy

With 5 trades left, and as much as I'm somewhat loathe to trade in Plath at a peak price, I'm thinking of going all guns blazing and going

    Latrell to Garrick
    Hynes to Plath
    Smithies to Olakau'atu
    Weekes to Gray

Gives me a full 13 this week

    Api
    Plath Matterson Sipley
    Galvin Hands
    Iro Wighton
    Garrick Sharpe Gray

next week I'd have 757k to upgrade either Sharpe or Hands to Cleary giving me, heading towards a team with 8 trades remaining of:

    Grant
    Haas Yeo Watson
    Fifita Olakau'atu
    Cleary Galvin
    Iro Wighton
    Garrick Wishart Kiraz

    May Plath Matterson Api
    Manu Sipley Gray SharpeorHands

    A lot of mids though

Edit: though looking at it, that does leave me about 40k short of going Sharpe and Hands to Cleary and Ponga if they're both back next week

I think there's very little chance Trell plays another game this season. They said 4 weeks and then he'll see a specialist again, not 4 weeks return to play.

i am thinking Gray this week for Hynes.

Then turn Sharpe into Ponga next (or week after if Ponga was rested).

Think i'd prefer pong dong for the last 6 rounds of the season over the keeper wfb options that are available this week.. which is really just JC/Kini/Turbo. The alternative would be succumb to getting Aitken but i think he's too expensive, i'll just hope his modest scoring of the last few weeks continues.

Latrell to Cleary next week as well.

Should leave a little bit of cash left over for other trades.

edit erugh knights bye in 21..
