I would think if anyone saw that game, they would actively endeavour to avoid playing Cook at centre ever.

Surely Chee Kam would be a less disruptive player to move out to centre than putting Cook there

Since going to centre has Cook done anything but miss tackles and kick goals

Is that Tigers left side disorganised or is it a weird gameplan? pretty sure I’ve seen Fainu, Doueihi and Laulilii line up in every different combination of edge forward, centre and wing possible on those goal-line sweeps

Looks like it’s on purpose but Douehi not that keen on passing it ever and loves jinking back in off his left….so i imagine they have to keep shifting to cover him

i really dont get why they persist with it. how is a mobile back rower who defends one more in anyway not a better fit than moving your small hooker into centre...
