Would you put the C on Carrigan or Yeo?

Yeo might come off early and Haas might affect Carrigan output a bit!

I guess totes worth missing R1 next year for that

What kind of club is this?

That wasn’t the case they actually put forward lol. They would’ve had an angle they were trying.

The Australian test match will count as the 3rd

I heard the reason for challenging was that Murray used his last trade to bring himself in and also doesn't have Koala

On a more serious note, was on Carrigan but Haas actually being expected to play has moved me to Yeo.

Bit wary of a punt after Fifita-gate last week. But Ponga or Drinkwater could go large. Koloa too.

In the spirit of the original advice group, I'm possibly going to ignore it all and do my own thing anyway Shocked

But was some seriously good chat yesterday

At the moment, I've narrowed to two options

    1. Galvin + Strange -> Hynes + Reynolds (both play later, so can reverse and pivot if needed)
** I actually think this gives the most points upgrade, especially when you factor possibly R27 Hynes (C), but feels gross selling Galvin

    Fainu + Strange -> Koloa/DCE/Teddy + Munster/Papy(???)
** Just feels like a lot of potential but a lot of risk with the Storm boys. Fainu DPP will be missed, but selling Uto instead means I have to go down from Koloa to low 700s, 600s range (Nikora, Kini, Kiraz etc) where I don't think anyone is on the same tier

I've regretted selling Galvin big time, would not recommend.

I was very confused with you discussing getting less for Uto than Fainu. When the hell did Fainu pass Uto in value?? No wonder Uto's #1 fan hasn't been seen around here for a while

Uto got down to 499k. Has rebounded to 500k lol. I could've sold at 692k

Those are the kind of price variations you expect from an outside back who hasn't scored a try in awhile, not a MID getting steady minutes. Has been painful.

Sticking with Yeo. I'd love to go Ponga but I'm a coward.

Oh yes, as a coach of a top team in a top national league I too adverstise the strategy of my key play makers days out before the game.

This almost always acts as no indiciation of anything even remotely close to what will happen come game day.

He will get eased back in like a horny 18 year old boy and his virign 18 year old girlfriend.

Yeah with Fifita going off because of the heat apparently, I'm gonna avoid captaining someone playing early. Yeo playing at 8pm. Sweet as Cool

The moment I traded Cleary out, I put the captaincy on Yeo and have not moved it since. You should do the same.

In fact I did the same thing when he had his first injury in round 4. I captained Carrigan every week until Cleary came back (and got injured again)

I'm currently captaining Yeo but seriously reconsidering based on I could see Panthers resting him early if theyre ahead since theyre unlikely to be able to rest him for a full game. Maybe I'll go Chrichton, even though we're totally definitely going to smash the Chooks, there is a slim chance we don't and he scores a hatty. Actually Carrigan is probably going to be suuuuuuuper busy against the phins. Hmm

Boooo to having no players in tonights game.....although my tactic of not picking any Storm players because of a chance of resting is really starting to pay off.

I only need Jye Gray to score about 500 this week to justify having picked Moses* over Jahrome Hughes back in round 13

*Moses went to Gray in round 19
