    Lol.

That was a penalty try all day long for my two cents

Edit: was meant to quote the post about bringing in Kennar this week, don't know what I did there

Where do I apply for a job in the bunker? Who else gets paid to constantly make mistakes?

Cronk is deadset in the worst form of his career. He's been shocking so far this year.

I think it highlights the subjectivity of the penalty try rule. Not sure what you do about it though. Just as an aside, I actually wasn't that upset about it. Have seen some closer ones not given over the years.

This has been the worst game of the year. So many unforced errors.

Storm have been throwing forward passes all day. Why call that one up?

I know the Tigers are shit, but everything goes against us.

2 tries by forward passes today, only 1 called back.

Melbourne player takes out Tedesco, then 30 seconds later scores a try, helped by Tigers missing Teddy in their defensive line. Then they finally decide to put him on report.

It was pretty blatant as well. What I find frustrating is Cam Smith had play stopped because a Melbourne player went down with concussion but they don't stop it for the Tigers because there's no one of the statue of Cam Smith.

710 with Hastings, Mitchell and Ferguson to go. And two zeroes from Parcell and Blaw.

    AE of 6 from Avaua

Kinda happy with that all things considered

And in adding to my prior whinge, Tigers missed a penalty try too that could easily have been given.

I guess like the send off it's essentially banished from the rule book

Just back on the refs for Tigers vs Storm, even though the Tigers got a few tough calls against them, they did get one big benefit from the refs.

The penalty to send the game was clearly offside. but players are clearly offside pretty much every single play-the-ball close to the line.
Its a bit harsh on Melbourne to let something slide all game/season and then decide to ping them for it when the game is on the line.

I think consistency is a bigger issue than getting the odd decision right or wrong.

Wasn't Farah on the ground? I've been watching the wrong bloke all these years if you're telling me Robbie wouldn't have been nose to nose with the ref within 10 seconds....?

(I've not seen the game, btw)

You're kidding yourself if you think Farah has the ability Cam Smith has to influence referees.

Farah can run at offside markers 20 times a game and get nothing. Cam Smith just has to show those puppy dog eyes to the refs and they'll bow to their supreme overlord.

It was pretty clear that the refs were bending to smith in the game. 100% clear as fuck. The big names got most of the calls and the tigers certainly got fucked over by the refs.

It should have been a penalty try, think about this.

The reason the bloke held lawrence back, was because he was going to score a try. Thats literally the reason he did it.
The doubt reasoning is bullshit, the benefit of the doubt should go to the bloke who was going to score, not to the defence who give away the professional foul. The defence gets the benefit from that. Its a joke.

The trip should have been a send off too.

Its a professional foul, that stopped a guy from scoring a try. It should have been a penalty try AND a sin bin.

    You idiot.

CLaw didn't have the ball yet and that hasn't been a penalty try for as long as the game has been played.

    Easy decision and correct call.

I can live with it not being a penalty try, the rule might as well not exist anymore. We certainly got the raw end of the stick from the ref's though.
As for Farah having anywhere near the influence of Smith just put down your pipe Dasher Stoned
