Why would anyone trade in JFH now? If you didn't start with him he is not worth the trade in for a very small cash grab.

I think he is a good option for some one looking to cash out Taylor/TMM/Walker but only if a few trades have been banked because he will need to be dumped in a few weeks again for the run in/better bye players...he should make some coin whilst providing solid reserve scoring over a simple cash out to an NPR halfjstands wrote:Can't decide if I should get Kodi this week or skip

Possibly. I think both could be traps though. Blake could be out at any time. Not much at all on the cow front in the forwards. Possibly Asiata or Kafusi for the bye period should be good.

He's nearly bottomed out so if you think he can go close to replicating last years form (averaged 34, admittedly with a buttload of tries) at some point, might be worth a look.
i noticed that yesterday. he has been barely noticeable in the dogs games i've seen so far this year.

Re: 2016 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 28
Any other advice on this team;
(C)am, (Parcell)
Fifita, Surgess (Blaw, Evans)
Fensom, Lowe, Carty (Bhana, Benry, Leuluai)
SJ, Hastings (Taylor, Feeny)
Hollan, Claw (Lolohea, Fergs)
Mansour, Mitchell, Barba (Guth, Gordon)
26 trades and 148K
Should sit, but at the moment have gone Taylor to Semi via Barba, but if we find out Taylor is playing before the Eels game, I might reserve. It would still leave me enough to go Hastings to Hunt next round. Evans to Mooper is interesting too.
Can anyone else see anything else pressing I should do?

Want to bring J Bird in for HHunt, Dont have enough cash for that, so trading TMM out, not sure who for.
Is BLaw - Bhana a silly move? I think it is but...?
Bird ain't the best for byes. Why not target Bird after the bye rounds and instead get a bye friendly centre

I have both Fonua-Blake and JFH. But if I didn't I wouldn't be buying them. Looking to cash JFH out before round 12 (just lucky he scored two tries and got minutes through injuries) and will hold Fonua-Blake until after round15 hoping he gets some minutes with no Myles. JFH has been playing as little as 9 mins and not much more than 20 mins most weeks before last.
Bhana is a much better option than JFH (will probably make more and plays round 12). Fonua-Blake is like any cash out, limited minutes and won't gain much cash unless he happens to jag a try like JFH did.

Gurgess might be out again this week too. Theres actually an article saying he might be gone for the season. I'll see if I can find out if Turner is playing this week or not...

Anyone considering BJ Leilua, was only priced so low after coming off the bench last year and being fat and lazy, also changing clubs.
Could be anything and breaks a tackle at will and also offloads (not chasing last weeks points but could be a centre keeper).

I read that too about Gurgess. Abnormal pelvis or hips or something that causes muscle tension and shit, it just keeps flaring up and affecting his game big time apparently. Might need another surgery for it.

Soooo where did Kaufusi come from for the Cowboys? Who is he in for ATM? Am I crazy pondering going Grevs to Kaufusi as if he sticks around I'll have an extra player RD 12 whilst freeing up a heap of cash to go TMM -> Claw.
This would also mean I'd be playing Claw in my 17 this week, rather than Grevs.

I started with him. As I said at the start of the year he looks like a changed man, willing to ride that until something changes.Warriors wrote:Anyone considering BJ Leilua, was only priced so low after coming off the bench last year and being fat and lazy, also changing clubs.

Sione Matuutai might be a good pick up. Played 4 games, one game for -2 via injury 6 minutes in. Take that out and his average is 32, no tries yet.

I also started with him and it looks like one of my better decisions. He's kept scoring ok but *threatening* to go huge but didn't seem to get enough ball until last week, where he went boom. Canberra's right edge looked amazing last week but the worry is that BJ/Rapana's scores change when a) Austin is back hogging the ball, b) they're not playing Wests.Archer wrote:
