Just read the article you were referring to. Surely that means the Broncos are now 2011 Premiers. Everyone knows they were going to win that year if Locky didnt get injured in the clash vs the Dragons.

I think you are mistaken as I thought Hayne achieved everything he could in the game before he left for the NFL.

Just in case anyone was wondering Luke Kelly will definitely not be Foran's replacement because he's out for the season with an ACL injury. It means Mitch Cornish will be the halfback for however long Foran is away.

Surgess def not a fanhub fav. Always getting downgraded.
Nice to have a captain score of 62 locked in though. Could have been worse when he was clutching his arm in the first half

Captained Teddy, played Auva'a, have Rapana... gotta be thankful haha !

I think im bringing in JWH, can see him opting for a gangbusters approach with the Roosters start to the season.

Wish foran a speedy recovery. No rumours for me

    def a POD, but
I would be really wary of his minutes though. Match fitness will be wayyyy off. And now Napa going close to 80 quite easily, I just don't think he is worth it for $400k, better players out there.
I can see him scraping high 30's to low 40's. Thats generous

Just to be clear, I was not wanting to post any rumours about Foran (not saying you were necessarily directing that at me though). And in particular I was not wanting to speculate as to the personal issues which have resulted in him ending up in hospital, nor do I care to be honest. I absolutely feel for the guy based on the information that has been made public and as said earlier I sincerely wish him the fastest of recoveries.

It was an entirely different matter I was referring to, one which is far less personal, and directly related to his role and responsibilities as a pro footballer, and I was wondering if such matters had been discussed previously (seeing as I haven't been around that long). That being said it was the wrong time to bring that up so apologies for that.

Wishing him and his family all the best.

Thats the risk, but im sure he will get back to full fitness quickly and be leading from the front.
Are you trying to say bring in THarris instead ?

JWH $398,000 BE of 45 - will lose money first game back - My gut.
    Do you have
Jake Trbojevic $464,000 DPP BE 28
Dylan Napa $465,000 DPP BE 42
Sam Burgess $435,000 DPP (with a likely BE of about 30 now (but watch for possible injury)
Paul Vaughan $367,000 FR BE 34 (who I think would be better then JWH, and cheaper and will make a bit more money)
Mike Cooper $390,000 BE 37 is starting to heat up too.
Aiden Tolman $379,000 BE 43 is at rock bottom for a once keeper

I believe all these guys would be a better buy right now than JWH.
If JWH gets back into it and his price drops while his fitness comes back, and over origin with guerra out he may be worth it in a few weeks.

Cheers for the feedback mate, i have Jturbo/Surgess but not the others. Vaughan is interesting, have often thought about bringing him in.
You may have at the least helped me stave off the trade for a week or two.
Whats ur thoughts on Matulino, he is already in my team and starting to annoy.

These are only my thoughts. And I am no pro compared to others in this forum. I would be doing better without the injuries, think I have had 15 this season so far. (including mormons who decide to not play on sundays now, and suspensions etc)

I steer clear of all warrior forwards apart from Mannering (but he is out now for a couple of weeks.) I find them to be lazy, especially when losing. Bodene thompson was great. So since Mannering is out, I would keep him for a couple of weeks.

Personally I wouldnt go vaughan because of soliola coming back from injury, I was just pointing out better options then JWH. and because of the Fantasy Scientific Laws (FSL), if you don't trade JWH in, he will now get 2 tries and 40 tackles.

sound logic mate! I think JWH can be waited on but only until he gets his fitness up he is teetered on FR gun level without injury affected games, he has cut out most of the stupid penalties which used to drag him down! Vaughan with Soli and Lima close is a risk! Tolman I like and might not get back to 50+ is ultra consistent and should pick up minutes when Klemmer and Jackson are at origin!

    Whoops:

Vodafone Warriors head coach Andrew McFadden has today confirmed Manu Vatuvei, Ben Matulino, Bodene Thompson, Albert Vete, Sam Lisone and Konrad Hurrell will be unavailable for selection to face St George Illawarra in Sunday’s ninth-round NRL clash at Mount Smart Stadium (2.00pm kick-off).

McFadden said the six players would play for the Intrust Super Premiership team for failing to meet team standards in the wake of the Vodafone Warriors’ 0-42 loss to Melbourne at AAMI Park on Anzac Day.
“We’ve dealt with this internally after questioning the players involved and won’t be going into any details,” he said.

The changes have opened the way for 21-year-old prop Toafofoa Sipley to make his NRL debut against the Dragons while Sione Lousi, John Palavi and Matt Allwood have earned NRL recalls.
