I still get embarrassed though walking around catching Pokemon when people stare and know what I'm doing.

Then I realise they are doing the same thing

FUCK THIS SHIT Just lost a Magmar as I ran out of balls. (Rookie error I know). On the plus side I regained my gym and collected as @Finch suggested (thanks Finchy).

Who cares bro honestly. Imagine you had 1 day left to live, you aren't going to care what people think. Something you do others might not find fun at all, but it works both way. Have you not seen all the celebrities doing it also? Not to mention NRL players too. 1/2 the world is doing it really.

In other news I've just caught my first Pokemon over 200 CP. I feel like I'm moving up in the world

Caught a few Pidgey and a Pidgeotto but they are all low CP

Have you caught any Kangashkan? Apparently lots in Australia, dont spawn here in NZ I dont think.

Been pretty much continually raining in Gladstone for three days,which is making it hard for some-one without a driver's licence to get any pokemon-ing in, spent Friday night as a car passenger with my sister, hitting all the spots in town where we could park in range of 2-3 stops at the same time and either drop lures or piggy back them off some-one else, but it wasn't paying off, both really only caught 1 disgracefully low level Machoke and approximately 3,764 zubats.

You know the forum rules Surmon, mentioning wives/GFs/sisters requires pics 

You guys probably already know this but I'll post it up just in case as it's very helpful.

When you check a Pokemon above the image will be a white arc, with some of it highlighted. It's the percentage of CP for that certain Pokemon, so ranging from 0% (left) to 100% (right).
This basically shows you how strong you're Pokemon is when compared to others of its kind. It can't go passed 100% so keep that in mind when levelling up.

Also, when you evolve a Pokemon the percentage carries over to the evolved version. So if you evolve a Pidgey at 85% then pidgeotto you get will also be at 85%
Keep this in mind when evolving you're Pokemon as you don't want to waste candies evolving a weak Pokemon

@jstands make sure you catch them all

SOmeone popped a lure down the road 45mins before Storm vs Knights.
Parked up for 25mins or so and got a bit of XP out of that.

6000XP away from my lucky egg and about another 15000XP from evolves.

Was walking my dog yesterday, a big fuck-off White German Shepherd, and saw these two chinese guys coming towards us completely oblivious as they were intent on their phones. My dog walks a few feet in front of me, so the first sight this guy gets of it is in his camera view - guy promptly shrieks [I kid you not] and tosses his phone in the air, which then somersaults and lands perfectly on the gutter edge shattering his screen

The twit then starts stammering that my dog broke his phone, I told him in no uncertain terms that no, Pokemon cost him his phone and maybe he should look where he's going. He starts getting excited, this engages my dogs curiosity, and the idiot then nearly gets hit by a car as he backs up onto the road. Just shook my head and kept walking.
