I don't think his nationality should be taken into account whatsoever. He could have been born in Australia for all we know therefore he would be Australian.
The aim of Dread's story was of a bloke not paying attention to where he is walking resulting in him breaking his phone. Lulz were had.

Nah, he was Chinese, my suburb has been a Chinese enclave for over a decade now. I mentioned his nationality only because of the almost universal overreaction Asians have to my dog, haha. At least a third of them will cross the road when they see us coming, and most of the rest either stop and wait in the gutter - or someone's driveway. Now my dog's big, think Ghost in GoT [and not much smaller], but he's as placid as - never barks or growls, or even shows the slightest interest in anyone we walk past, I just giggle when they do it.
Oh, and yes, Lulz were had

Re: The Gaming Thread
So, anyone got any idea how long this fad will last ?
Personally, I think it's a little silly, but by the same token - I'm sure a lot of people would think some of things I do for fun a bit silly too. I'm half-tempted to d/l it though, just to vary the routes I walk my dog.
Couple of questions ; are you likely to find much within an hours walk of my house [I usually walk him 30-60mins away from home and then back again] and, if in case there are plenty of offerings - do the types change - or would that type always be in the same location ?
Is it even worth bothering to do if only doing it when walking the dog as there is no way i'll be going out of my way to do it any other time ?
Cheers.

Silk, and yes he is
Funnily enough, we nearly called him 'Ghost' - which would've been really annoying as we had him a year before GoT.

The park at my mates house seems to be a breeding ground of them, he's had 10. I haven't even been near one.

The amount of times I have seen that being said.
Download it and give it a go. If you don't like it then shit you don't like it. You might start loving it though. I have seen any many many people say they aren't interested, then the next day they are loving it.
Its all pretty random what you will find, but no pokemon is in the same exact spot day after day minute after minute.
Once you catch everything in your neighbourhood, start venturing into town or another suburb

Re: The Gaming Thread
Ghost was the first name that sprung to mind. You read the novels before the Series didn't you? You could have always retorted with that if some khunt was trying to call you out.DreadLord wrote:filthridden wrote:Fucking cool dog! What's his name?
