Wasn't there an article that came out saying he was in the middle of trying to negotiate an extension with them before all this broke out?DarkKnight wrote:Peats is on NRL 360 right now and handling himself really well. For his owners he said he wont be playing this round. Also mentioned he wouldn't have stayed at the Eels after this year anyway and he is better off financially going to the Titans.
Sounds like he's understandably jaded with it all and won't be showing any clubs "loyalty" any time soon now that he recognises just how ruthless they can be.

Any thoughts on Wade Graham?? Understand he had a few people riled up earlier in the season.
Could be a great choice with Gallen and Fifita away on origin duty

i can understand he's pissed now, but souths let him go to parra mid-season (i think) so he could get more time in first grade. as a souths supporter i wish we had him back now.
got to say, i am enjoying all this mid-season player movement. one of the best aspects of north american sports that hadn't featured heavily here. for a bloke like elijah taylor who was on the outer once cleary left, the chance to resurrect his career at the tigers must be a godsend.

I went bhana to matthews, hoping for some good things until jdb comes back. I believe his last two runs were in the ctr position? gotta be an improvement on those scores. I reckon he will play at least 60 minutes with a hooker and a rookie on the bench. not much to base that on.

not sure if this affects your decision, but the rookie host has dropped off the bench for marketo.

gun end of last year, some thought Maloney didn't like him so wasn't using him, then the rib injury came out a few weeks ago which would explain his form downturn, bargain basement price for a massive scoring upturn potenial

How confident are you that they will maintain that difference in average between now and the end of the season?

Why have Peacheys minutes been all over the show?
Has a bloody average of 55 when given 70+

He's a Mr Fixit for them isn't he? Slotted in all over the park to cover injuries and plodders.Liverpool_Bulldog wrote:Why have Peacheys minutes been all over the show?

Such a tough decision but that extra money could mean two slightly gunnier guns next week

Tolman plays in 2 of the 3 big bye rounds, Graham misses first two big bye rounds

Agreed, it might narrow, but by how much? Tolman has one concussion based score dragging down his average, but that was in round two so no longer affects his price. Graham has been on fire, not sure if there's any reason why he can't keep it up (other than the law of averages...).
i figure its time to start grabbing the extra points (rather than exclusively looking at value) and (potentially) saving one trade in the long run. I am still smarting over starting Woods ahead of Graham too.

Have been pretty much Rugby League free for the last two weeks and out of the loop.
I'm holding Tedesco, but interested in what others are doing with him?

If only you knew the kind of things I've been doing with him, you wouldn't be holding him so close.

Re: 2016 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 31
I've always rated him as a player, I reckon someone like the Knights or Titans should look at trying to pinch him and give him a position to keep, kind of like what we did with Austin. Just seems to be talented enough to cover plenty of positions and as such gets thrown anywhere from the halves to the 2nd row. I haven't looked at how his stats change depending on where he plays though sorry, from an eye test though I think he tends to make TB's regardless, don't know about missed tackles though.Liverpool_Bulldog wrote:

Can't even start to imagine but might have to bring JDB back in just to punt Teddy then. (nightmares whenever I see his name from now on)
