Re: Round 10 Match Thread
With 5min to go in the broncos game, if Cronulla win by 99 points they'll leapfrog cowboys, storm and broncos to the top of the table. Tough ask... But they are playing the knights, so....

You might mock the Knights but they have won more Premierships then the Sharks. Just sayin...

Yeah but its the 2016 knights they are playing, not 2001. The 2001 version would probably put up a better fight, even though they'd be in their 40s.

I'm convinced that Joey could still be an epic play maker in today's climate

Re: Round 10 Match Thread
just having a quick inventory of QLD form, and i think NSW wouldn't be toeven Gillet o happy.
Someone woke GI up, Boyd is in career best, Cam Smith is snapping field goals for fun, and Sammy just stepped a class centre for an easy meat pie.
Oates is looking like an actual semi trailer on the wing, Matt Scott is just a weapon with legs, and even Gillett has stopped making dumb errors.
I know form isn't the greatest indicator of a result, but as QLD supporter I've been getting progressively happier over the last 3 weeks.

Was not even close to forward. Just wow.
One of the broncos tries later in the game was closer to forward than that.

Re: Round 10 Match Thread
Forward passes are just a lottery. They call flat passes and ignore forward passes. Even the forward pass to Brown earlier, while definitely forward, is let go as often as it is called (like the pass for Semi's try on Thursday).

I'm convinced that Joey could still be on an epic bender from his playing days.

The ball slipped through Ben Hunt's fingers...

Can confirm, Ben Hunt has Butterfingers.

Knights were actually pretty good for the first 5 minutes.
Been downhill since then though
