Mate, it is common knowledge on any Fantasy forum or page; has been for years.  I'm also sure for that 1 "negative" thing that you find on here or another page that there are 10 positive things that can be learnt.  Anyone who is serious about this game is on a forum or FB page.  Anyone who is not deadset doesn't have internet to play the game in the first place.

While it is disappointing to see the method advertised so clearly here, it's not necessarily a bad thing. It's probably better for something like this to be public, more awareness will hopefully result in it being fixed outright and perhaps it levels the playing field more to educate everyone on how to cheat, rather than just a select few doing it, but that feels like some ass backwards thinking. I don't think it should be encouraged as much as I'm seeing it on these forums though.

Cheating is guaranteed in every online game I've ever played, something I'm used to by now, people are shit. Whoever's running the show just need to take action, fixing it properly, or docking points from those caught doing it. Expecting people not to cheat is just too big of an ask.

Srs though, if its explained in the rules then by definition its not cheating. There aren't any work arounds that people are doing, NRL.com or Fantasy hasn't said don't do it. All people are doing are taking advantage of the rules that are provided. After that, its up to the individual, if my H2H doesn't want to take advantage of it or doesn't know how, then thats on them. Id happily explain it to any H2H player if they wanted to know because as stated its explained in the rules.

Sounds like you had a bad experience with the old loophole and are butthurt.

He's available in the centres. Could be a hand HHunt ---> S'ua trade coming up.

Good that the Broncos play first two so if he's subbed back to the bench/out you can reassess the trade.

I'm tossing up between holding Aubbs for 15 and 18, and ditching him now for cash purposes.

I'd need him to pump out monster scores in 15 and 18 to justify holding him, and there's no guarantee he'll even move back to the forwards for those games.

Also thinking of potentially Lamb - Hughes for cash purposes too. Bit of a shame on Lamb but he'll never be in my 17 again, so its spend a trade on a cash out or have him sit in my NPRs

I respect people like you because I am the same way; and I respect that you are sticking to your guns on this. The one value I hold over everything else is honesty. I literally walked out of Bunnings Friday morning just gone and they hadn't charged me for $21 worth of steel on a $650 shop. I went back in and paid for it, even though I was late for an appointment and could have just kept driving.

The NRL site themselves refer to it as a "loophole".

That "explanation" in the rules isn't very clear. It's clearly intended in cases where your captain is a late withdrawal, he won't be locked in your 17 and you can rightfully cover for him. In regular rounds, the glitch is only possible when running with a bare bones 17.

It's never happened in my H2H, because we've all only been playing for 2-3 years and are still learning the game, and the ones that know about it, don't do it. But hey, congrats on getting in on the circlejerk.

Jaydn Sua looked great in the under 20 Anzac test. Even better that he is available at CTR as my 2RF is stacked. Just became a great option I think

    Su'a 2fr/ctr (Broncos) only plays round 12 & misses rounds 15 & 18
    Hughes hlf/wfb (Cowboys) plays 12 & 18 & misses 15.

If you have the trades available, go for it.

I'd say there are very few people around who can afford to make 22 trades over the next 8 weeks. But if you have a crap load of trades saved up its not as hard as I originally thought to get decent teams out every week.
No I don't have the trades but instead of upgrading a couple of playing positions I'm thinking of scaping together a 17 this week and using the couple of extra trades available later.

The 3 trade option works great for cashing out 3 cashies for 2 npr and a gun.

Haha, sold him for Semi last week for bye cover. If I had have thought he was a chance to be named (even with the Lamb injury) I would have kept him and fucked Nathan Green off for Semi instead. Allthough not sure if I could have DPP'd my way to that trade.

Anyways, 14 this week. I would hazard a guess as 12 or 13 being average?

Had always planned to cash out Barba to Asiata, but now thinking Toutai instead? Is three rounds of starting centre scores worth the 45k over two rounds of bench scores?
